I spent an amazing time at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful café on the coast, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and rest all day long. The room is very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the city center. In conclusion, for such a cheap price, I got everything I wanted. Unfortunately, the fridge in room 107 wasn’t working properly.

Just the view that they do not deserve it. So briefly it was a horrible stay : 1- the room locker wasn’t working and we left our stuff inside in the first day with no locker and we complained a lot about that with the reception and nobody cared until I called booking.com themselves and finally they did it after getting in fight with the hotel staff. 2- the public beach bathroom was always dirty as in the photos. 3- the breakfast is horrible 4-nobody is setting at the reception most of the time 5-the rooms’ curtains is useless and you gonna wake up since sunrise, and the window is made of wood so no soundproof, like you’re staying in street and the noise is until 2 am 6- the bed’s mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. 7- one of our beds had no blanket and we asked them several times and they didn’t bring it. 8- no towels in the rooms

Staff are so friendly & helpful and of course the location is perfect. The bathroom has a smell always, there’s no shampoo, the room cleanliness is not up to standard, a lot of dust behind the couch under the TV. The chairs in the balcony are in a bad condition.

The location is excellent, the view and the cafe are amazing The staff were so nice No wifi, no clean towels, ants on the bed The breakfast would have been better if there were a little bit more options

Cleanness of the room Privacy Nothing actually , even my complaint about the location isn’t that valid, i just knew some places that this hotel was 10min walk from it.

The rooms was not clean, there were ants all over the place and food under the bed from other guests. I reserved a king bed room and ended up in a double bed room The wifi as well was not working and the AC was very bad

It was very tight and the furniture is extremely old and the sheets were not clean. The pictures in booking is completely different from the reality. The rooms are not sea view or even side view. The beach is far away from the rooms. Some of the staff were extremely rude!

The only thing that we liked were the location of the hotel and the beds. -The wifi wasnt working. -The cables socket plugs werent working. -One of the rooms we rented the shower head was loose and water was getting everywhere. Room (105) -the worst thing we faced was the staff, they didnt give us ANY privacy, always lurking around when we go in and out of our rooms. Looking directly at us while wearing our swimsuits and pjs as if as we werent wearing normal vacations clothes. Which was weird because we always go to dahab and we never face something like that especially from our hotel staff. We were making sure that we locked the rooms with the room key because we were truly uncomfortable and felt unsafe.

Friendly staff the receptionist Ahmed, and I had a great stay at Happy Land Hotel in Dahab! The location is perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the delicious breakfast by the sea and the view of the coffeeshop is so beautiful, Helmi was kind super friendly. A great choice for anyone visiting Dahab! Internet connection was ok at the coffeeshop of the hotel, but not at the rooms It’s front beach hotel
