Great and friendly staff. Clean facility, they really seem to care about the property and the guests. The beds are spacious and very comfortable. Steps away from the Main Street with all the shops and cafes. Spacious common area! 24 hour reception. Quiet during the night despite being close to the main road.

Nothing They tell me the room not available and they promise me to make it free cancellation and for sure I will get my refund back to my card

Location is great- short walk from Go Bus station and short walk to the main strip full of restaurants. The pool is refreshing, although the water doesn’t seem super clean. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially attentive to the pretty female guests. Overall a good value if staying in the dorm room for 350 pounds per night, which is the in person price, but there are some frustrations. Egyptian level of cleanliness. The bathroom and floor of the dorm are never clean. They change bed sheets with new guests but leave the big blanket after each guest, which is a bit gross. There are not enough lockers in the dorm- only 1 out of 4 that I tried actually worked, and actually the lockers are pointless because you can just access the inside by lifting the mattress. Staff assured me “there are no thieves here,” or that I can leave my wallet and passport at the reception desk, which is hilarious. Pool water doesn’t seem very clean but it wasn’t horrible. No fridge in the dorm so they told me to use the fridge at the bar. They didn’t want me to go to the fridge by myself, but 60% of the time that you want something from it, there’s nobody to be found at the bar so you don’t have much of a choice, especially in the evenings. I was told not to go behind the bar but i watched Arab guests going in and out from behind the bar without any issues?? Also, 100% of times that I put something in this fridge, it was opened and drank when I took it out so beware. So much for no thieves here. Most of the staff was fine but for some reason the young guy with hand tattoos always had a horrible attitude and couldn’t even communicate what his problem was, just acted like he wants to be the boss. He should improve his toilet cleaning skills before trying to be the boss. I booked the overnight trip to St. Catherine’s Monastery and Mount Sinai hike for 1000 pounds and after arriving, they told us we can’t even access St. Catherine’s monastery. Kind of BS to pay full price for a tour and only get to do half of the tour. I told the staff that I wasn’t happy about it and there was no offer of restitution. Overall, it’s worth the price of staying in the dorm room to chill at the pool but don’t expect much more.

Very attentive people; eager to make you happy
-
the pool is not so clean, the shared room is pretty small, there’s no enough space for luggage but for backpack is okay
-
The location is very good, close to the beach, close to the city center, close to the bus station, very warm reception, free breakfast, free swimming pool, very good, we hope to stay again next time!

Building looks so nice and I was resting on the Terrace during the day! I first stayed in a dormitory room, but I found flies and dust, which made me uncomfortable, so I changed to a private room. However, the bed linen still had small holes (I hope it’s not bed bugs…) and was dusty. If you want a clean place, I recommend choosing another hostel.
