Golden Europe Hotel

Nothing I really liked. They misrepresented the location and there was no beach. It was from the street access through local restaurants and walking people only to find Rocks and rocks and no place to even sit or walk, just to see the rocky non-beach.. I left the second day and I was charged for 2 nights even though I asked for early check out. Bad location and bad rooms.

Nothing everything is okay

We asked for a room with separate beds, they said there was no problem (on booking chat), in fact it was a large bed. The toilet didn't work, there was a strong smell of pee, the room wasn't clean.

Location good. Breakfast included terrible and roof top location very dirty.

Location was good in centre of everything. Supposed to be hotel but not managed and staff did not know how to make breakfast or eggs and was absolutely terrible and didn’t get better, plus a disgusting dirty kitchen and roof top. Room and especially bathroom was dirty, no running water at times and then it was brown.

The location. The staff. Very nice and right in the center of everything. No breakfast that was supposed to be included in my stay.

The location was excellent The staff were amazing Habiba, Ibrahim, and Ahmed were very kind and helpful The price was reasonable and good value for money The internet connection was poor especially inside the room They could improve the soap by using a nicer scent even if it means increasing the price The bathroom door didn’t close properly it would be better if it was fixed ?

Ghada at the reception was super friendly she caught us with her warm hospitality the minute we arrived

Furniture was a bit old. some rusting components in the bathroom but nothing too major. Low water pressure in the tap.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lighthouse with everything within easy reach. While the hotel has great potential, it would really benefit from a major renovation to enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is pretty good It is dirty and run down. The water is salt water and shuts off to the rooms at random. This left me stranded with absolute no running water for about 10 minutes in the middle of my shower. The staff did not clean the bathroom between the previous guest and myself. They did a quick cleaning after I asked them to. Toilet paper was not provided. I didn’t have access to the balcony of my room because of a broken lock. Every sheet and blanket was stained. The halls echo horribly so it is difficult to sleep. This is not even close to a 3 star hotel.
