The staff were very helpful especially Saleh. The view from the balcony was beautiful, during the day and night. The pool was clean and had long opening hours ??

A special thanks to Mohsen at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made a great first impression. Pros: Great value for the price. Amazing location with breathtaking views. Peaceful atmosphere. The room air conditioning worked well. Areas for improvement: The food could be better. Cleanliness was average, but I believe it will improve over time. Snorkeling access should be made easier and safer for children and non-professional swimmers. Overall, despite a few areas that need improvement, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back because of the excellent service, beautiful location, and outstanding value

Staff gaslighted me. I had to left the property on 2nd day because it was so unhygienic and they promised to give a refund via booking as I payed at the property and didn’t have any Egyptian bank account. 2 months later, still got no refund and no response from the property or booking.

Fantastic value for money, super friendly and helpful staff, shout out to all the very helpful reception crew and the house keeping team especially Mahmoud! great location with good facilities compared to the price, again the key for me is that the value for money is great with great experience!! I will come back and bring the rest of my family as the hotel team said they can also help organize fun trips as well which will be even better!! Not much compared to what you would expect compared to the price...

There was a problem with our booking and our check in got a little bit delayed, but to be honest the owner was very professional and offered a very good compensation for the conflict The view is amazing, the location is perfect for people who like quite and private places. The breakfast need some improving And maybe the beds a little bit But they are still okay ?
