Nice neighborhood and easy to get Grab Clean and well maintained facilities Friendly and hospitable staff Filling breakfast with delicious pho soup and accommodated also my request for sausages, etc. Extended my stay for 4 hours because of my evening flight. The rate given to me upon arrival was even higher than what we agreed here because they said it’s Tet holiday. It’s like I paid for an extra day, but at a much higher rate. My room has a window but when you open the curtain, all I could see is a wall of the neighboring property. Still felt claustrophobic. No handwash (liquid soap) in the toilet sink. No gym or exercise facilities. Coffee at breakfast is instant.

The water pressure is really really bad. If you are in a vacation mode you prefer a good shower.

A great place to stay with a beautiful location. Everything was extremely clean, and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were wonderful. The lady who helped us check in was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and the owner was just as welcoming. Their friendliness really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service at a good price.

We spent 23 nights at the Orchid Hotel and loved every one of them. The hotel is only about a year old, is family owned and operated, and was designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. Because of the length of our stay, the owner gave us a tour of three rooms when we arrived that matched the type we had reserved so that we could take a look at them to compare the view and the room layouts available and allowed us to choose which one would work best for us. The owners are totally hands on and have only a small staff to assist them at the front desk and in housekeeping. They were all very kind, attentive, and committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The location is convenient for walking to the lake or the downtown area (if you enjoy walking) and then you can take a Grab back to the hotel to avoid walking uphill on the way back (which we did as as we are older and didn't want to walk uphill back to the hotel). There are many local restaurants and coffee houses available nearby but the breakfast provided at the hotel is homemade and delicious with a slight variation from day to day. As a retired former hotel professional, I highly recommend that you stay at the Orchid Hotel if you are considering a visit to Da Lat as you won't be disappointed in the hands on service they provide. Nothing.
