The front desk staff were genuinely kind, professional and helpful whenever we reported an issue. They tried to assist and offered a room change and complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, even though these solutions did not resolve the overall experience. Unfortunately, the room condition and housekeeping standards were far below what we expected for the price and the hotel’s Booking rating. Our first room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell and did not match the Booking photos. After changing rooms, we faced repeated problems: blocked shower drains with hair and water leaking onto the floor, a non-working safe, TV issues, a missing TV in the living room, a faulty key card and dirty towels left in the room. There was also a cockroach found in the other room. Breakfast was also one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. We were a group of eight people, and everyone shared the same opinion: the selection, quality and overall standard were very disappointing. We user GRAB a lot :) The hotel acknowledged the issues, but the problems continued throughout the stay. High occupancy should not affect basic cleanliness, maintenance or room standards.

Great value, great location, great staff, free luggage storage. Shower did not drain but water was good, toilet took two flushes. Sink faucet was loose, no air conditioning but fan was more than enough in the evening and night in mid April.

Good location to Da Dat night market, and lake, and flower garden Need to get room in a higher floor, not in basement section

The bed was full size (1.8*2) and the room space was big enough. The door of bathroom cannot be closed.
-
Close walk to the night market Room was extremely run down, broken door lock, no tv.

The room wasn't spacious, but surprisingly clean, and the amenities were complete. We've got 2 hair dryers ? the staff are very helpful and friendly 5 stars for the staff.

The cleaning and kitchen crew are very nice. The hotel itself is very noisy, you can hear everything around you, inside and outside the hotel. There was noise from 06:00 until 01:00 every single day we stayed there. Not recommend for light sleepers. We stayed in two rooms here, the first room (and the elevator) smell like mold. We checked in early and honestly looked like the room wasn't cleaned properly, the sheets were dirty and smelled bad, the shower had what I believe to be shampoo stains, the room had mold in 6 different places, and when we asked to move we were asked to pay a fee. And the pillows smelled like dog piss which made it really hard to sleep. When we got to the second room it actually smelled like it was cleaned, but there was no minibar and the toilet seat was not attached properly, but overall the second room we got was very nice Another thing is the staff barely greets you. I honestly found it weird whenever people complained about it in other reviews I've seen of other hotels, but this hotel made me realize just how important is for staff to actually acknowledge and show interest in the guests.

I’m a light sleeper, so Da Lat’s quiet reputation drew me here. The room was blissfully silent… until 5 AM, when birds outside my window decided to host a chirp fest. I groaned, then laughed—it felt like a quirky alarm clock. The blackout curtains and marshmallow-soft bed almost made up for it. Later, I explored the hotel’s herb garden and plucked mint for my tea. The front desk lent me a novel when I mentioned I’d forgotten mine. Small gestures, big heart.

I booked a deluxe studio for a weekend getaway and was charmed by Moonstone’s modern décor—soft grays, bright windows, and handpicked art pieces. Check-in was seamless via the friendly on-site team who even arranged an airport shuttle. In-room kitchenette let me brew local coffee beans whenever I wanted a caffeine fix. The location is unbeatable—5 minutes’ walk to Xuan Huong Lake, night market, and countless bakeries. I appreciated the quiet hallways; despite being centrally located, gentle ambient lighting and blackout curtains ensured restful nights. The only hiccup was slightly slow hot-water recovery after back-to-back showers. Minor, but worth mentioning if you’re traveling with friends. Highly recommend for comfort and style.

Rooms were spotless, with blackout curtains for late sleepers. Convenient location, easy access. However, the lack of a shuttle service or tour desk made exploring inconvenient. Rent a scooter or book transport in advance. Would stay again.

Our apartment was spacious, with board games and a kid-friendly menu that delighted our children. The indoor play area was a rainy-day savior. However, the pool was smaller than pictured, often overcrowded. Ideal for families seeking convenience, but management should prioritize safety and space upgrades.

The hotel’s infinity pool and spa (try the ginger-infused massage!) exuded luxury. Our suite’s rainfall shower and Nespresso machine felt indulgent. However, the on-site restaurant’s menu was limited, and nearby dining options were a 15-minute walk. Vegetarian choices were scarce, too. Perfect for couples seeking pampering, but foodies may want to explore elsewhere.
