Room is not according to my booking, when i say the reception about this, she said you can cancel your booking, and she said booking .com put picture ownself not according to the hotel,we cannot do anything

The rooms are a bit smaller for the price. No AC for the price. No extra blanket knowing there are 3 people checked in. There is no accessible electric outlet near the bed. Not a recommendable one. Sorry for the honest feedback.

Economical good location, good exercise walk to night market, plenty of restaurants etc nearby. WiFi was strong. Room was in the basement so naturally no window. Slight musty smell but no mould on the walls, ceiling or floor. I would book same room again.

Can't think of anything I was a fan of. Probably my worst hotel experience in SE Asia so far. The room is damp, so damp that nothing in there will ever dry and stuff that was dry has a layer of moisture after being in there a while. The bed is uncomfortable as the mattress is hard (and always feels damp), the hotel is loud with people making noise and shouting at 6:30 each of the three mornings we were there. We gave them our laundry, they lost half of it, stained the other half of it and all the whites came back with a yellow hue. All in all, I couldn't wait to leave.

The price was good .. It was clean .. The lean receptionist was always quite rude. The other (slightly shorter) receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I extended the stay by one day, after the initial 5 days. I was told the price was 3.85 Vnd. But when I booked through MMT it was 1/3rd the cost. They said it was the basement room. It looked identical to the 1st floor room, with no windows / except a small opening above the door. But despite the hotel being empty, they made me go down for exactly same size room. On 2nd & 3rd night there were guests who were so loud till late at night and woke up at 5am, and when I mentioned it to the receptionist and why no one are saying anything .. she didn't even apologize. It's quite inside from the main road, and it's steep going down.

I like everything in this hotel! The girl at the reception named Rosie was very nice and accomodating! The rooms are clean and nice and they have an elevator! It was very easy to get a grab car to and from the hotel. Value for your money! Nothing. As I said, I love this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Dalat!

A new hotel. They asked to pay extra for my wife because i made mistake when place the booking for 2 rooms but only 2 people.

terrible! thin walls, tiny room, hard as a rock bed, I had to leave as people were crashing and banging and yelling and making so much noise all night and they didn’t even say sorry or have a refund.. don’t go here!!!
