The rooms are spacious and clean, the whole hotel is in the old colonial style. The beds are comfortable and European length (no problem, I'm 190 cm tall). Helpful staff at the reception. The furniture and storage space are nice and above standard. Breakfast is in the establishment right next to the hotel, mainly Asian types of food. The coffee is not great, the juice is good. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The air conditioning is okay, cools it sufficiently. What is nice at the same time (colonial style) is quite old, and as for noise insulation, it is completely non-functional and insufficient. There are old ventilation grilles above the entrance door of the room and in the bathroom - freely passable into the corridor to the elevator. Nowadays, completely insufficient - you can hear everything in the corridor as if you had an open door. You can't sleep at night because of the noise, you only fall asleep at night when the last party in the last room ends. Unfortunately, we were "lucky" on both days to have group bus tours that have a lot of fun late into the night. One elevator (although beautiful) to all floors - you can hear it all the time from morning to evening all the way to the room. At least the beeping of the elevator call and the sounds of the signal when the elevator arrives could perhaps be turned off. If the hotel doesn't intend to change this lack of noise insulation. The low price of accommodation only partially compensates for these shortcomings, if you can't sleep at D night, we unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Car parking so narrow, breakfast room a bit noisy, Check-in system is not good that the info from Booking.com not match with Hotel for room size so my family has to stay in different building. There are ants, or insect in my room.

The location, food and cleanliness Nothing
-
Located in town Leaking tap, torn linen’s and just little things.
-
The location is good; close to many venues. The cleanliness and basic amenities inside the room do not correspond to a 3-star hotel at all. It was so noisy at night with karaoke singing; there are other visitors who made so much noise pass midnight.

Good breakfast. The location.

Inexpensive and decent WIFI. Our room was hidden away on the abandoned 6th floor. The room itself was dirty and smelly. The bed was rock hard and the shower curtain was covered in mould. The location of the room meant that we could hear a constant drone from the laundry room and those working within it. We were given the option to have breakfast, but the choice was lacking and had flies jumping between the buffet options. Overall, it was our worst hotel experience in Vietnam.

Breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of Vietnamese fare, and well stocked. Kitchen Staff was efficient and attentive. Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff seemed indifferent, disinterested; only one person on duty at a time, created confusion during check-in and check-out. Top-floor restaurant was not open. TV was not working first day. Window hinge broken, difficult to close. Very noisy at night; Local bar open all night and loud music played until 6 am. Desk kept our ID’s, a practice no longer done by most hotels which simply take a photo of your ID and return it immediately.
