Location near centre and markets Other guests, perhaps family members? Made lots of noise all night very hard to sleep. Room fine just lots of noisy other guests.

Great location with a view of the river. Plenty of options for food around. Close to the Beep Pub if you're looking for live music. Easy to grab a Grab to go anywhere you like. Nothing

Location was good The bed sheets were grubby and had other peoples hair on them. There was a window above the door, so the light in the hallway was constantly on. It was VERY noisy with other travellers banging doors constantly. The room had no soundproofing.

Location & price We could not shower as it only had cold water and there was no soap. The tiny window looked out onto the reception and this meant that there was no airflow. The room was damp and smelly because of this. There was no air con either. The staff did not smile or talk.

The location was good and the room had a fan (no air conditioning but we prefer a fan anyway). The bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. The room had no outside window, only one that faced into the corridor with no blind and the corridor lights on 24/7. Also this window meant that the room constantly smelt like food being cooked downstairs. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall and the room was damp. Construction works were going on next door to the building which could be loud at times in the day. The staff were not friendly and never said hello back when we returned in the day, even tried to kick us out when we came early to drop our bags off.
