Furniture too old, no fridge, no sound proof, bathroom stink of sewer smell, every small thing require extra charges. No free cleaning service everyday.

I appreciate that they didn’t charge extra for a second keycard.

We've been in Vietnam 4 months and this was the worst hotel we've been in by far. The room had a frosted glass door so there was a constant stream of light into the room all night from the corridor, it also did little to keep out any noise. We were kept awake all hours from the noise of other guests and cockerels crowing from midnight to early morning across the street. The room was very tired and had been roughly painted up to about halfway in grey, probably to cover mould. No bath mat but fully tiled floor in the wetroom, so it was extremely slippy after showering. Tiled floors throughout in fact, so noises of feet and furniture being moved about in all other rooms carried through the ceiling. Waters and mini-bar noodles etc not replaced once used.

No strange odors or dampness, a problem I’ve faced in other hotels.

In-house laundry service was quick and affordable. My clothes came back smelling fresh.

I found the bed linens to be of good quality. They weren’t the cheap, scratchy type.
