A little distance away from the Market

Good location, walking distance to the Crazy House and restaurants around the area. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. Water pressure is low and difficult to adjust between hot and cold water. I booked 2 rooms with the same issue. The hotel is kind of dated. Wifi went down for a couple hours. Bath towels smells damp.

Room was nice and clean with good shower. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Downside was that we could hear the road from our room which got noisy from 6am. Overall the hotel was good but nothing exceptional.

The room's soundproofing was not good, the blanket had some stains and the cleaning staff forgot to collect the trash in the bathroom (they collected the trash in the room though).

Good location. Large room good breakfast. Our room was down the side so away from the main road noise. It over looked a primary school which started early with music. There are several steep steps to the front door, as it’s on a hill. But the reception staff helped with the luggage. Just be aware of you have difficulty with steps.

This hotel was close to town but not too close meaning it was quieter. The amenities were good, room clean and comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and the breakfast team were incredible. Breakfast was good and the buffet changed daily. We were on the 4th floor and breakfast was on the 5th so from around 630am we were woken up to chairs being dragged across the floor.

The staff was helpful, particularly when a member of my party needed to go to the hospital. The staff was also good in helping me find related services - calling a taxi late at night, locating a pharmacy and food stores. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. The location was a bit away from the main attractions of Dalat. The front entrance to the hotel was difficult to navigate when you are tired and carrying luggage -- about ten steps up from the street, no railing

The location is very convenient and the staff in the property are so nice it is great value for money and I will 100% recommend that you book this in the dalat. They are very nice. The breakfast option is sometimes bad because it is mostly just Vietnamese food and kind of stinks of seafood but there is a egg counter
