Staff are good, but room was not satisfied. Room was not clean, lot of broke glass behind the sofa, should not allow smoking inside room, bathtub broke and inconvenience for elderly.

Location is okay Room with no window, very noisy in the hallways, clam bedsheets and not very clean.

Very cheap, big room Very dusty on the walls and lights, fan etc . Shower was very weak. Not sure if that's normal for the area though

The room was nicely designed. The location is ok. The room was pretty dirty including hair in the beds. The location is fine but it is a fair walk into the main parts of the town. We had a lot of problems getting into our room including the key not working several times. Our room did not have windows.

The room was not clean, bedsheets had blood stain, lamps were dusty, no cleaning service provided any day. Staff was not really helpful

Clean, comfortable room, with great design Very noisy, every morning at 5. 30 you will be woken up by the so loud music in the kindergarten. The walls are not fresh.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Good value for the money. Cleanliness could be better, like cleaning floor before new guests arrive. Also fingerprints all over tv and mirrors. Lack of outlets and sometimes it get‘s really cold, heater would help.

there is a child care centre close by which plays loud children's music from 6.30 am. Very loud. Had to move to a different hotel.

A very friendly hotel. Nice renovation, comfortable furniture. I have only one note on cleanliness. The room is very dirty, the floor has not been washed for several days, everything is dusty, a lot of burned out lamps. It ruined the whole attitude about the hotel.
