grey stay. the bed was super comfortable and nice blankets. room was spacious and modern. staff we very friendly and helpful the hot water was only warm

The location is ok, the room has a window There is no hot water for showers. We complained but they didn't fix it. There was also never anyone at reception. The WiFi also didn't work and the bathroom had a bad drain smell. They didn't clean our room over the three nights we stayed(we checked to room for a hanger for the door and there was none) and there was nobody to ask for fresh towels ect. Finally on our last night the police knocked on our door at 11pm waking us up looking for our details because the hotel didn't fill out the proper paperwork it was very strange and they didn't have much English so I'm not exactly sure what it was about. Just don't stay here.
