We had an incredible stay, and much of that is thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful attention throughout our visit, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. If you're participating in trail running events in Lam Dong, this is the perfect place to stay. It's conveniently located, with easy access to the Expo and the city center. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, very comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff.. really value for the money.. would recommend to everybody. They could really add more fruit to the breakfast not only watermelon and bananas since there is a lot of fruit options in this country in general.

BRICS is a great option in Da Lat. A bit removed from the city center but nice to be out of the traffic and tourism. It’s not a fancy or high-end hotel but the execution is great. The rooms are comfortable enough & well designed, the staff is lovely, and the cost was high but worthwhile compared to what else is offered in the area. Breakfast could easily be improved with additional cut fruits & granola. If you are a vegetarian/vegan, there is little to no option for food other than some cut veggies and bananas.

This was a very welcome break after a long travelling experience from Ho Chi Minh City. The night bus actually got us in early and amazingly, the hotel put us in a room at 5AM even though we were not due to check in until 1PM. Staff went above and beyond every time to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!

Service was good esp in the reception area. They are also flexible when we have request or an issue about the room. Comfy beds. Near restaurants. Value for money. Breakfast selection can still be improved. Initial room given to my colleague have off smell but he was transferred the following day. Another incident was the housekeeping opened the door while I'm trying to rest and knocked again the 2nd time (after 10-15mins) just to ask if I want my room to be cleaned, they know I was resting. Just be cautious on this as for someone who went there for work, rest is important to us.

Nice modern decoration, very new hotel No hot water, then when eventually after several complaints, we were moved to a better bigger room with hot water, but then we had no cold water. 1 hour before we checked out they said they had fixed it Very very small room for a family
