Room was not cleaned before, there were cups missing in our room, there was cigarette ash in the room, dirty towels, there was no hair dryer. Quiet noisy street, the windows are broken, cannot close.

At first, when I checked into the room, I felt it was a bit sticky. However, after I reported it, the staff quickly took care of the issue. I found their service quite good and responsible. I highly appreciate their customer service.

The room rates at Golden Sun Hotel are very reasonable. The hotel also frequently offers attractive promotions, making my trip more budget-friendly while still ensuring great comfort.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, located in the central area, making it easy to go anywhere. I was sick and almost had to cancel the trip, but luckily I still managed to get there. The hotel was understanding and allowed me to check in early. I was tired, but when I entered the lobby and saw the receptionist's bright smile, it naturally lifted my mood. Plus, the elevator was spacious and worked well. The weather in Da Lat was quite cold, but I felt reassured because I could use hot water freely.

-Location: It’s close to the city center, just a 2-3 minute walk away. -Room: The room is comfortable, spacious enough, and has all the necessary amenities. -Service: The service is excellent, really great.

It’s on a quiet street and there’s several cafes very close to the hotel. It’s only a few steps away from a main street which has many choices for locals food. since it was Tet ,they could only accommodate me for 2 nights, understandably. Otherwise it was good and the price was reasonable @ 500k d.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is right in the center.

I had room without windows so it was very strange to me. Location quiet and nothing else.

Understandably you need to remove your shoes and change into their slippers in the lobby - but the staff woke us up early in the morning the first day just to remind us that we needed to change into slippers... We placed our towels onto the ground since the shower situation was unorganised and was no towel mat to dry your feet so that every time you went to use the toilet, your feet would be wet. We were then told not to place towels on the ground since it would ruin the colour/material Vietnamese people do not understand that there is an echo'ing sound throughout the whole hotel, so be ready to be woken up at 6am every morning to the noise of kids and parents yelling like maniacs along with the noise, the staff also don't realise when they walk up and down the stairs, their slippers would slap against their heels of their feet and would create an annoying noise constantly along with staff members also yelling out to each other. We did not enjoy being woken up every single morning to the sound of chaos, it was like sleeping on the streets.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places. I will certainly be back

Good location, nearby nice cafe and restaurants. Provide you some water and snacks for extra charges. Good thing is the really hot water in shower, not just warm, that is important after getting all wet and cold during rainy season in the mountains.. The room does not have real window to the streets, so as a result there is no enough fresh air inside.. Also no air-con..

Very good

Very clean and nice small Hotel. The staff is kind and attentive, and I felt very comfortable for my 4 night stay. Easy to get around by motorbike or by walking. The beds are comfortable, the shower hot and the neighbourhood quiet. Everything was good. I only missed a cup to make myself some tea.

The couple who ran the hotel were friendly, even though they didn't speak English we used translate and they were happy enough to help Room - had a awful feel to it, felt damp and caused my partners asthma to play up a lot! We had to leave the window open and leave the extractor fan in the bathroom running all day to make the room even moderately bearable Bed sheets - caused both of us to come out in a rash, must be the washing detergent used, I can struggle with bedding so it wasn't a surprise for me but my partner has NEVER broke out in a rash before, so this was a concern! Cleaning - our room never got cleaned, luckily from the above comment this was probably a blessing that we didn't get fresh sheets everyday, but still we had to ask for toilet roll and towels when we needed them

Kindly staff Little bit cold at night time

the hotel is good the hotel owners are terrible, we asked if we can leave our luggage at the hotel till our night bus and for answer we got shouted and cursed. worst people we have ever met and honestly should never work with people!!!
