very nice and supportive staff, reasonable prices, position is near Da Lat market and other recreational places the room's sound proof is not very good which is the only minus point.

The staff were efficient and overall very friendly. The room was fine. Everything was what you would expect from this amount of stars. The location wasn’t the greatest - it’s not the hotels fault roadwork and construction is on its max outside so it is pretty noisy. The hotel is located a bit far from the Night Market (if you’re walking by foot)

Good wifi, free water, basic amenities are included. Sound isolation could use a bit of improvement, but I guess this is hard to change after the fact. I have no issue with sleeping but could imagine people with insomnia may find it displeasing.

Clean and near center

I enjoy the hospitable attitude of the receptionists, and the clean lady did a good job making our bed in the morning. I don't really expect this price for such a small room with a quite small bed as well for 2 people, the location of this hotel is quite far from city centre (Hoa Binh), and there's a lot of traffic on this road as well so to be honest this is surely not the best experience I've ever had in Dalat.

We were originally staying at a very mouldy property down the road. This place saved our trip! Very clean room with a modern feel!

Great location. It's in a nice neighborhood with a bustling market area and many good local eateries. The center and night market are within walking distance. I've got a room with a small balcony looking out to the main street below in the off-season. The price is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria on the ground floor has an outdoor space which is great for hanging out on a rainy day. The bathroom's a bit small.

Good bedding and pillows are soft, not too hard. Very clean and quiet room. TV with some international channels. Good lighting. Well equipped... fridge, fan, hairdryer, water bottles, etc. The location is very good,plenty of restaurants around, plus the night market at a walkable distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the young lady-- sorry, I forgot her name--at the desk who helped me to book some day excursions with a local tour and also booked my trip to Nha Trang in the Limo bus. She was so nice and smiling. Unforgettable!! I'm not giving a 10 mark very often, but this place is worth it by much. The only drawback, but small one, was the shower. It was very hard to turn the knub to switch from the rain shower to the regular one...so I kept it on the rainy mode.

Garage 24/7, staff friendly, room is clean and comfortable, have tea, water for free. Instant noodle and soft drinks extra price. Front view was good. Back-view room has balcony. Have elevator. Near city center. Have hair dryer. No microwave but it’s okey. Can’t access to netflix or youtube on TV.
