Quite good location- good value. Very dated, quite tatty. Pool was horrible. WiFi very poor and tv didn’t connect after second day.

Good location with walking distance to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff are outstanding. Always greet you everytime they see you. And assist you instantly if you need something. Typical Vietnam hospitality, they are the best. I didn't like leaving.

There was a cricket in the room. Room was not realy clean. My use mug is not clean the next day. We have to ask for a shower cap and the shower cap is not provided in the neẽt days stay. The breakfast menu is very poor and poor, really bad

A good location. The warm pool was very cold and the breakfast choice was not great.

N/A Would describe this hotel as outdated and performing below expectations.  The room was not uncomfortable but it was all old, no airconditioning and people were smoking in the corridors. Also in the gym almost none of the equipment was working properly. Breakfast was the worst we had in Vietnam en it was described as Asian western but would definitely not refer to it as being western.  Also the English of the staff is limited and they were not really helpful in ensuring that we got the most out of our stay here. No recommendations on what to do or support in finding us a scooter.  All in all this would be fine if we did not have to pay what we did to be able to stay here. We had far more pleasant stays in other places in Vietnam for a quarter of the money.

The location was great right in the mix of things. The staff were nice and helpful all be it limited English. The pool is in the basement, having a pool was a main reason why we chose this property. Early check in not available. Not a lot of vegetarian options with breakfast.

As I indicated above, the staff was the best part of my stay. They were friendly and helpful although I never met with the General Manager (a Mr. Thang) before my checkout as was promised to me. I had a lot of feedback to provide but was not given the chance. I liked the location of the hotel since it was very central. Regarding the room, the furniture was dated and all looked the same. The carpet was full of stains, making the room very unsightly. The bathroom was particularly bad because the hot water for the bath tub kept running out. In addition, the door of the shower stall pushed inward rather than outward , thereby making it very difficult to enter for a shower. Also, the shower head had to be held by hand because it didn’t bend while on the wall hook. The mattress was very uncomfortable because the springs were coming through. Lastly, the “heated” pool water was too cool to stay in very long, and there are many repairs needed to be made in that area, such as a broken entrance door to the pool, chipped tiles, and an overall dingy atmosphere.

Had an okay location Staff was unfriendly to tourists. The buffet wasn't good. The room was dirty. It had stains on the carpet and walls. The bathroom had mold.
