Well situated, that's about the only positive. The following negatives might sound dramatic, but I am usually not one to slam hotels, I strongly suggest you do not do business with this hotel. This is on me, but the photos of the rooms are angled so you don't notice the room you're booking doesn't have a window. They ask for 50% of a night's cost if you want to check in more than 2 hours before check in time, but refuse to just keep your luggage until check in time (so they basically force you to pay or wait hours with your luggage). This hotel is supposed to be non smoking. My room REEKED of cigarette and I found a pile of cigarettes in the toilet roll holder. My bed linens were clearly stained and had hairs in them - I suspect they were never changed in between clients. The surfaces (top of bedside table and desk) clearly hadn't been wiped down. I told management early in the day (like 8 am) that I expected my linens to be changed and the cigarette situation to be taken care of. When I came back, the bedsheets hadn't been changed and the surfaces were still dirty. Only the cigarette smell / cigarette butts had been taken care of. When I went back to the lobby, I was plainly told the cleaning ladies were already gone and that they could change the sheets the next day (I was only staying there one night). I had to argue with them for a good 20 minutes to get another room that was barely any cleaner. They knowingly gave me a new room with a blocked bathroom sink without warning me (they actually smiled and say "we know" when I brought it to their attention, saying I could deal with it for one night and thinking they weren't aware of the situation). Slept ok but next day had what looked like bed bug bites all over me.

Clean, staff friendly, best location. No Aircond, no parking lot, no trashbin, no window in my room, Electric fan was noisy, room was so small.

The location is perfect, near the lake and the night market. My room was okay but I felt a little out of breath because it doesn’t have windows. But it was clean, the toilet was not bad , there are bugs coming from the toilet but I guess it’s normal in that area.
