My room was charming, large, airy, view looked over to the main shopping/market/restaurant area, and mountains, what a delight to spend time there! Hung and his lovely wife could not possibly done more to make me feel at home, safe, and genuinely cared for. Hung even helped re travel arrangments, info re Dalat, fixed the zip on my phone case, and they waited up when I took a day trip to Nha Tran, was honestly, so impressed.Location ideal, so close to city centre, fresh flowers daily, best coffee in town, and a peaceful place to stay. Warmly recommend, and as an intrepid but mature solo traveller, this is such a special, spotless, home, rather than hostel/hotel/homestay. I rarely spend time in any accomodation as need to explore, Dan Chi was different, kept me grounded, such a pleasure…. My bed was firm, but I do like a firm bed so appreciated….

They were also incredibly thoughtful: lending us raincoats when the weather looked bad, and even switching out our scooter for a new one right away when the old one had issues. It really felt like they were always one step ahead. The only slight downside was having to call the owner to unlock the door when I came back late. They were always kind and quick to help, but I did feel a bit guilty for possibly waking them up.

Excellent location perfect for the main tourist spots, as well as good local cafes and places to eat. Local shop next door that don’t up the prices for tourists. Comfortable room, owners very friendly, with good English spoken, and did everything to make the stay perfect. Rooms kept very clean on a daily basis. Excellent value for money. Some road noise during the day, none during the night and the fan in room blocked it out. No aircon but powerful fan and is fine for Dalat temperatures.

The property was in a great location, the owners were very welcoming, and the room was comfortable. It wasn’t a problem for us, but the 3 flights of steep stairs up to our could be a problem for some people.

The location is excellent, very close to the lake. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The hosts very friendly and even helped me when I got sick of my stomach during my stay. Highly recommended place, if you see it available just book it, you won't regret.

Great hotel in the center of town. I stayed here because it was around the corner from the lake and across the street from a park. Comfortable room with great hospitality. Enjoyed nice conversations with the owner.

The lovely welcome from Hung & his wife. They were always around to advise us & provide us with local tea. It was very comfortable & clean every where. We loved the fresh flowers as well. A special place. Nothing

The room upstairs was so cosy and comfortable that I felt very much at home. The couple who own the house were incredibly lovely, extremely helpful and produced delicious breakfasts and coffees that I had not yet tasted - egg coffee and salt coffee, both delicious! Everything was impeccably clean and tasteful with fresh flowers in the cafe downstairs. The location was terrific, close to the lake, market and opposite a well kept park. Close to a bank, restaurants and a short walk to various shopping areas. Highly recommend this treasure of a hotel .

My stay in Dalat was perfect. The accommodations were clean and spacious and the hostesses are wonderful people. They have a lovely cafe which is very comfortable with lots of fresh air and a good mix of Vietnamese culture. The sites are close, right across from the lake. Breakfast is very good and the coffees are excellent. I even booked extra nights.

This little gem was amazing. So grateful that we came across this. Couldn’t have gotten anything the same. Beautiful hard wood floors, doors with pretty glass, a massive bed, wardrobe, dresser and lots of windows. The owners were so welcoming. Hung helped us the minute we got there with bringing our bags inside. Great location, great price, great people! Hang was a great cook, they serve sensational food. Chi was really friendly too! Lam was beautiful. Thanks everyone ! Nothing :)
