The room was clean with a breezy window and beautiful city views. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly from check-in to check-out. I went out to the night market and came back very late, but the receptionist assist me very warmly. The breakfast was delicious, with a main course, coffee, tea, and fruit.

The hot water was strong and consistent, which I really appreciated. The toilet was big and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable and high quality. The open, airy spaces make it feel very relaxing. The location is central, making it easy to get around.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to many attractions (Crazy House, Cathedral Church, Bao Dai Palace, Xuan Huong Lake and Night Market). The breakfast was really nice. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the warm, welcoming design of the room. Staff were always smiling and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Location was central . I really like it all. Prior to arrival, I was not sure what to expect but it is a nice hotel at a good price.

We were on the third floor and we heard the noises from the breakfast area that in -1 like they were in our room and the Bottles in the fridge that no one tells you cost money

Great value little hotel! It’s not far from the center (20min walk or a 30k VND grab car ride away); bonus it’s super close (3 min walk) to the Crazy House, which anyway you should visit at 8-8:30am to avoid the crowds (trust me). It is clean, the staff is super friendly and speaks good English, the water is super hot and with enough pressure, the wifi is ok. No real downside for the price level. You can’t really go wrong with this place, unless your expectations are unrealistic for what they charge.

The location is ok, the staff was really sweet and helpful. Hotel is shabby and dirty. I was scared to really touch anything but had less than 24hrs in town so just decided to stay put and spend all my time outside the hotel except to sleep. The shower is hot and had good pressure.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Poor ventilation so the bathroom had mould on the toilet seat, sink, and window frame. It was obvious that they've had this problem a while and tried to clean it up, but its not been very successful. In several areas of the bedroom, mould was also starting to appear. Not the hotels fault, but they are widening the road, and the road works start early.

Unbeatable location, the Crazy House is just nearby, the restaurants and cafes next door or only about 2-3 minutes walk away. Excellent cleanliness. We booked a Queen room city view and the bed was big and very comfortable. Quiet room, soft beds, very nice hot water pressure in the shower, clean towels, wardrobe, hairdryer, kettle and fridge, etc... in room, all necessity I need. The hallway overlooks a beautiful church. The staff is helpful and friendly. Love it! I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalat.

A great place to stay for digital nomads. Great WiFi connection and comfortable bed. Location a short walk away from night market and lake. Breakfast only available 7:30-8:30. Room was not cleaned for the last three days of my week’s reservation.

It has a small gym and the location is good It needs maintenance. one day i woke up at 3:30am bc the security staff (i assume) was playing loud music in the lobby and i heard everything from my room (second floor).

Location outside the centre, comfortable bed, clean bathroom The toilet was making weird noises at night, like it was gurgling. The breakfasts were below average. As tourists we want to get to know your country, hence eat your food, these breakfasts were just imitations of western ones, but very poor. Employees pretend to speak English, but they really don't.
