Lovely staff very clean great location No fault of anyone’s but no lift with three big suitcase and no lift. So if you have any mobility issues just let them know so they can put you on a lower floor

Shower was in the middle of the bathroom, and there was no real air conditioning, which made it quite hot during the day.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It's the best place if you're planning to travel all day long and rest at night. There's nothing to be disappointed. It actually exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the money. I was able to do the laundry, and it was quick, and the laundry was properly folded after it was done. When I come back, I'll probably book it again. The only thing people may not like is, there's no view from the hostel. But I can't complain because you can't get everything at that price. But other than that, excellent service!

The host was very friendly and generous. He went out of his way to make sure we were having a great time. The room and facility were decent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious, hot water in shower, good value for money. host was really nice We stayed for 2 nights and both mornings there was music absolutely blaring from the reception between 6-8am… not ideal when you’re exhausted from travelling the day prior on a sleeper bus..

After agreement with staff was check in at 6:00 am possible. You will appreciate it very much after a night in the bus.
