Maxim Hotel

To be honest, I am absolutely thrilled! This place is incredibly cozy and cool. It’s hard to put all the positives into words, but my friend and I absolutely loved it. As a wonderful surprise, we were given a larger room than the one we had originally booked, which made us incredibly happy. The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. They clean every three days and always let you know in advance. Plus, the room comes equipped with a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. They also offer a laundry service that takes only 2–3 hours, which is extremely convenient. The kitchen is a great spot to meet and chat with other guests, and it has everything you could possibly need. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We accidentally left something behind in our room when checking out, and they returned it to us right away. Everything was perfect, absolutely no complaints!

The management team is very good, I will tell you the woman that cleans the room is the best I have in all my traveling. Location is just the right amount off the main drag. I really like the access to local culture from this part of the city. The night sign , was to bright for my taste, but I have my night eye covered blinders, so all is well

Excellent location, lovely attentive staff. Very clean. I hope to visit again! For me the bed was a little too hard, but that's my experience in South East Asia overall. I asked for an extra duvet, and used it as a mattress topper which fixed that issue, thanks to Mr. Ha for accommodating me.

I liked the staff, and cleaner. They were very nice to me. Also, i liked having a kitchen to use. I'm a light sleeper. Unfortunately, part of the time i was there. Guests would get up early, and interrupt my sleeping patterns!

Very kind and accommodating owners/managers who were helpful and flexible as my plans changed twice. The building and rooms are all new, clean, and in good working order. Great location on a quiet street but still walking distance to the center.

Amazing location and friendly staff. We rented a moped easily from the hotel. Good shower. We extended our stay here ! Bed was a little hard but not the worst we have stayed in.

Great location in the centre of Dalat but on a quiet road. The hotel is really nice and you get good quality for your money. I was upgraded to a bigger room because I stayed for 10 days, The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Hot powerful shower which you appreciate because Dalat is colder than most places in vietnam. I definitely didn't need AC humidity

It's not expensive so it's ok, but have low expectations. Its small and the beds are incredibly firm and uncomfortable. It was clean and the staff were nice. The location is decent if you don't want to be in the center.

Exceptional

The room offered great value for money. It was cleaned daily with bottled water restocked. The hot water supply was excellent. When I asked the guy at the reception about buying bus tickets, he went above and beyond by taking me to the bus station on his motorcycle to purchase them. Later, he even helped me change the pick-up location for the shuttle bus. This level of service was beyond what you would expect from a typical hotel. He is a really nice person. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit. Next to the hotel, there was a dog that barked a lot.

The hotel is very clean and big size room. The staff are very helpful and kind. They give give us itinerary where to visit during our stay. Always greet and accompanied us to the door when we plan to go out. Especially Ha, who is very kind. The location is in the center but not crowded n loud. We can walk to the lake and Dalat night market. There are many food options. No doubt I will recommend to stay at this hotel when anyone plan to visit Dalat Nothing of course. I like everything about this hotel

Nice little Hotel in good location. Really nice guy at reception. Really helpful. The beds are really hard. Hotels need to realise that Western tourists like softer beds.
