Manager (Mr Ca?nh) was very helpful. He let us checkin early hours without extra charges as we reached DaLat early in the morning. He also brought me to the nearby famous Lien Hoa bakery shop to buy bread, so I wouldn't be late for my tour trip. Other lady staff (with spectacles) also helpful . Hot water supply in the room was very good for cold weather. It is walking distance to central night market and Xuan Huong pond. Will come back in my next visit Neighboring rooms a bit noisy in the evening time. Properly it's their culture

The owner was very nice and helpful, spoke good English. The location is good The rooms are very mouldy, the sheets and pillows were damp, the rooms are extremely small and the bed is like a brick

Good location with shortcut to the night market. However there are lots of long steps so not recommended for old people. Host is very helpful and kind There were a bit of smell in the room. Room looks a bit smaller than the photos showed

Location is good. Located at city centre district 1. Hence, convenient to go around. Near to night market. Hotel staff are helpful. One of them is able to communicate in English. Room is clean. Helped to arrange transport to airport. None

The location is nearby the night market. Everything else is bad from a small room, weird toilet, tiny sink, to very poor lighting. Not recommend this hotel at all

Manager/owner is attentive and wants to please guests. Basic English but has knowledge of the area and can arrange private car/driver/airport transfers for very reasonable prices. Location is amazing. Right near the night market, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, ATMs and sites of interest. Room is very spacious and beds are comfortable. Hotel has not been maintained. Foyer/entrance is okay but our room had multiple issues. Window Venetian blinds did not open or close properly. The floor boards were lifting all throughout the room and creaked everywhere you stepped, looked like a possible water leak at some stage as there was a large bubble in front of one of the beds. Water pressure was non existent (old building so that's fine). Toilet needed two flushes to flush properly (and that's not flushing toilet paper since you can't put that in them). All of the wardrobes/drawers had a funky smell in them. One bed had stained linen (which was happily changed on request), there was some hair in the bathroom and only 1.25 rolls of toilet paper were supplied for a room meant to house 6 guests. No hand soap was supplied (doesn't state that it is on the listing but it is a basic hygiene requirement).

The hotel is very close to Dalat market. Motorbike rental service is available with a reasonable price. A bit noisy at night (the hotel is back to back with a bar/pub or sth) Could be better if the window were soundproof.
