I had to pay for my room!! They had no record of my reservation. What happened? They said this happened a lot with your company. Let me know if my card was charged. I will never use your service again. You caused a lot of chaos for my family.Please straighten this out. Thanks

The room was clean but could do better they had rust in the corners of the shower and the room was way too dim. More lighting would be great. The staff was wonderful

Nice property and clean room. Everything available and staff were ready to answer any questions. Only issue I had is with no non-slip pad in shower. Very slippery and at checkout I mentioned to staff. Would definitely stay here again.
