A very comfortable non corporate hotel with friendly staff. The vista from the room balcony was exceptional so definitely worth paying a little extra for accommodation with a riverside view. Would absolutely stay here again on any future visit to Dalyan. Absolutely nothing to quibble about.

The location and the pool. Also, the view from our balcony. There was nowhere in the hotel where I could charge my mobility scooter's battery overnight. The stairs were a bit of a problem. There was no hot water. It was luke warm at best.

Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Sunbeds abit uncomfortable. Shower tepid, not very hot. Breakfast ok.

Hotel located on Dalyan Strait , lovely view of the strait , tombs in the rock face , boats travelling up and down . Rooms were comfortable and clean Towels changed daily . Shower toiletries provided . Choice of breakfast items was good , not sure if this changes in peak season Water provided daily . No tea/ coffee facilities - would be good to able to make a drink . Cotton sheets would be cooler in the heat . only one bedside light but didn't cause any problem .

Location, view and pool Unfortunately, as is the case with many hotels in Turkey, the economy is so bad they are really struggling with higher food costs, etc. The result is they are cutting back wherever they can, so I don't like to complain as they are trying to survive. I went elsewhere in Turkey last year and the decline was quite noticeable so I should have lowered my expectations- however the hotel was cheap by European standards and a great location.

The location and view from the sunny balcony overlooking the river was superb. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The breakfast needs to improve. Hard boiled eggs, only melon as the fresh fruit and orange juice a supplement. They used to cook omelettes and eggs to your liking but have stopped unless you pay extra. Our bathroom smelt of drains from time to time.

Great swimming pool and the location was great overlooking the river. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort any problems out . The outside seating area for breakfast could have a better surface rather than just dirt.

The location is amazing. The front rooms with the river view overlook the ancient Lycian Tombs carved into the mountain which is breathtaking. Staff were great very helpful. Rooms are a good size. Pool is nice. You are also a short walk from many cafes restaurants & shops. The aircon wasn’t working very well. Took a long time to cool the rooms down. You can tell the hotel must have been amazing in its day but all a little tiered now.

Great staff especially Michel working so hard behind the bar and in the kitchen.Lovely room but the rooms overlooking the river would be worth paying the extra. Breakfast very basic but that is what you come to expect for Turkish breakfast.

Location and view from bedroom was amazing. Very good value (b&b basis). Great sunset views by the pool. Staff really friendly, helpful and attentive. Small family run hotel in a perfect location to explore the area.
