Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Family friendly pool. Location is close to Dalyan centre. Free parking. More like a 3 star. The facilities are old and falling apart. Basic room and furnishings. Their partner hotel which offers breakfast and dinner is great but for those whom are old or unfit, it is a 10 minute walk.

2 breakfast..served on a plate, no choice. Was toast ,cold egg.slice feta,limp salad,olives few spreads and chai tea.i was then told i had to pay for these and charged 1000 lira ( roughly £20) 1st room i was in ..sink was loose..as was toilet flush.walls furniture fooring all scuffed.moved room..hot water took 10 mins to come through..there was sharp metal bar on floor.someone came .removed it then said they would use a towel to cover..i suggested a plastic rug from the 1st room i was in.Am guessing thats still there..only sky news and cnn..plus point comty beds and good band in bar on friday night..It was out of season ,only about 12 people in .everyone changed rooms,that says it all really..

Staff and location were great, room was very large and good value. However, NO WiFi!!!! at all in rooms. Unbelievably we were charged to have our breakfast egg fried. Boiled no cost but 300tl to fry the same egg. It was so ridiculous we laughed and paid it.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Staff were very polite and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back.

The hotel was very clean with lots of staff. The breakfast was good. The room needed a little attention. The bathroom door was broken, the bedding was old, and the hairdryer was not working. Hot water was not guaranteed.

Location was good at centre of the town, Staff was polite and helpful. food was nice, especially the dinner was delicious (We paid half board) the hotel chef prepared different things for each day. Rooms on the back of hotel had little wifi signal.
