The hotel is centrally located. The hotel rooms are located around the swimming pool, which looks very clean. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated, however, for the money we paid it was excellent value.

It was very central but tranquil. I liked that the immediate area was not too touristy, with everyday shops and cafes. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely; very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable as well as organise good deals for activities, meals and transport. The pool area is delightful, sheltered and secluded. I happened to check out a number of Dalyan hotels and found this to be the best in this price bracket. I would definitely stay there again. I would have preferred it if their Hammam had been open, but this was a minor problem as they arranged for me to go elsewhere. It is important to note that this was this was a temporary closure because the Hamman lady was unwell.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location to town is fantastic. If you book here and pay £220 for the week, do not expect a 5 star hotel but do expect a warm friendly welcome. You get what you pay for. Its a bit run down, but for the price you cant grumble. Mustafa says he is upgrading rooms over the winter, new beds etc.

The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast, all fresh bread, salad, cheeses and meat,eggs. Tea and coffee. Also had an evening meal which was prepared freshly and was delicious. Bar also was open and we sat beside the pool. There was nothing that could have been needed. There was an excellent English speaking on reception and was always happy to help with advice. All the staff were cheery and helpful. looking forward to staying again.

The stuff was quite friendly and helpful It was not that clean and we were waken up by the other visitor staying on the next door in the early morning with their noises at least 5 times…

The staff was extraordinaryli helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and they arranged for a room to be ready to leave our clothes and to relax a bit. The breakfast was local and tasty. Nice little clean swimming pool. The rooms could offer more storage for clothes, but for two days it was perfectly fine.

The location The room was outdated and tiny..bed was OK apart from one person having to sleep against a wall..

Pool and the atrium. Helpful staff Location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hot water and shampoo in the shower. Poor breakfast, one boiled egg, a small piece of cheese, jam butter, a few sad veggies. Big hard pillows and soft matress, thin blanket - we were cold in the night. The hotel is lid from the outside by the green lights and you can see them when you sleep, as the curtains are thin. At 5 am there is a local mosk singing

Everyone associated with the hotel were wonderful. They really couldn’t do enough to make sure I had a lovely stay in the hotel. This wasn’t a one off, I have stayed here before and had the same level of friendliness and service that time as well Nothing, it was a pleasure staying there.

Nothing !was not able to stay as hotel is closed the place was a complete building site my booking should never have been taken I have photos and tried desperately to get in touch with booking .com to no available I am absolutely disgusted with the outcome of this booking no guests no apology’s just a building site !! I will be getting in touch with booking .com on my return to Uk a vey disappointed customer Everything !!!read above the place is closed ! So wasn’t able to stay

Big point is close to the Centre I am not sure,maybe long distance from my room to router but WiFi very poor.
