BC Spa Hotel

Location and the pool was nice. Dim lighting in the rooms, super small tv (maybe 13 inch tv), and dark staircase.

Stayed in March- workmen were renovating pool area. Noisy. The hotel also had a large dog tied up in front of the hotel- concerned about the animal's well being and exercise

location breakfast time is very short. people on leisure do not need to have breakfast before 10. staff is not enough to find solution of any problem

The location Almost everything It was the worst hotel I have stayed in as far as I can remember. Whilst almost all the staff were pleasant, especially the night manager, the daytime receptionist was extremely unfriendly bordering on rudeness. There were 2 small, lumpy pillows in our room and only a sheet- no blanket or duvet despite it being November and cold. I booked this hotel because it advertised a spa and fitness centre but that was closed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and even though the accommodation was advertised as a duplex apartment there were no facilities whatsoever for an apartment- not even a glass to drink water from. The room was not cleaned on the second day and we had to ask for clean towels. No bottled water was provided and a sign in reception told guests that no food or drink was to be brought into the hotel from outside - everything must be purchased from the hotel itself. We were told that the restaurant was open for dinner and had an a la carte menu but when we actually sat down to eat we were told that almost all the dishes were unavailable as it was out of season. The dining room where we had breakfast was dirty and the tables were not cleaned when guests left. The windows were so filthy it was difficult to see outside. Breakfast itself was very poor and the hot food was left in unheated containers. The only drinks available were water or instant coffee.

Very basic,display was unappertising None of it.

Another fantastic stay at bc spa Firstly the staff and owners are just so friendly and helpful , from Aysun at the spa itself , onur at reception , the bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping , nothing is too much trouble , they make your stay even better if that’s possible . The location is fabulous, breakfast on the riverbank , peaceful , but close to town and 2 pools . Check out hassan for massages and Bhurcu for yoga too. The at I couldn’t stay longer !

Turkish breakfast generally good, Often had to ask for yoghurt, milk etc. The coffee was poor, there was no juice, and only had melon twice in 2 weeks.

The location is fabulous Communal grounds are unkempt. Dining room not cleaned and full of ants. Plates and glasses not cleared by staff around pool area. Glass in restaurant/bar not cleaned. Dog chained up outside all day and night (very sad to see).

Great location Standards have gone down over the years and staff were lacking in many ways

Location Needs a lot of refurbishment - very run down. No soft drinks available for 2 days. Poor maintenance of rooms. Lights not working.

Not much. Staff were nice…. Mostly Expensive. Tiny grubby room. Breakfast very limited . All a bit old and tired. Been to Dalyan many times and everywhere is better value for money.

Location was great only 5 minutes to the town centre shops and bars and boats. Pools and pool bar area were good with plenty of beds and areas to sit and eat. The rooms we had were split level - with a double settee bed downstairs and a double bedroom and shower/bathroom upstairs - all were adequate, clean and comfortable. Could do with a bit of TLC as there are large areas that have been let go a little although these areas do not intrude on the main hotel areas. There are signs of these older areas being tidied up and put back into their original condition which can only be good.

The location Didn’t like anything about it the lighting around the swimming pool that you had to walk around every night to get back to the room was terrible couldn’t drink their coffee. It was disgusting ants on the dining room tables. rubbish piled up out the front. it looks dated and needs a facelift also staff not very friendly swimming pool out the back on the first week was slimy. I wouldn’t even let my dog swim in it but they did clean it the second week.

Location was good We were there 3 days. They didn’t clean our room and change the bedding & towels. We tried several times to get them to clean it. Also we had 2 treatments in the spa and they overcharged us and I didn’t get the treatment I wanted. Due to the lack of English I kept telling her and she after. She also booked me in for 2pm and when I got there she said they are just going to dinner.
