Hotel Riverside

We had a fantastic stay at Riverside. The location close to the river is so nice. And only a short walk from town. The staff are so kind and helpful! Nice pool and good room.

The hotel is located in a perfect location on the riverbank, approx a 10 min walk into town along a flat promenade. The location is without doubt the best thing about the hotel. There is a lovely swimming pool and bar area, but unfortunately the pool temperature was too cold to swim in. The staff were approachable. We had a good breakfast included every morning, which we ate on the riverside restaurant watching the massive local turtles! We were very disappointed with our room. It was quite dirty, very basic and in need of full modernisation. The plumbing leaked, the tiles were broken and the room smelt of drains. We tried to change rooms but unfortunately they could not accommodate us. Unfortunately the pool was freezing cold, which was a shame as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Beautiful swimming pool and aspect on river Very basic room

Been near the river, 15 min walk to town. Nice gardens, plenty of Little private areas to sit. Still had feel of an independent hotel hope this dosnt change now its on the jet2 package. Breakfast included and other food good and well priced. Staff friendly and helpful. New rooms comfortable. Fridge in room. Terrace we're you could sit to have breakfast or other meals or just read a book. Morning you can see the regular turtles. Lots of cats and kittens. Looked well cared fir. Woken up early by noise young crying children. No one's fault just one of those things. Maybee better sound proofing for windows. A few guests bit loud. No TV in room

Loved the location. Very peaceful by the river and lots of great places to sit, eat and relax. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was great with always a bed free. 10 minutes walk into town along the river. Staff were very helpful Room is a little small but I knew that before I booked. The location and atmosphere more than makes up for this

Fantastic location right on the river. You can watch the river turtles as you eat breakfast and there is a lovely lounge area with cushions with a fantastic river view. It's away from the touristy centre of Dalyan, but a lovely shaded riverside walk to get there if you want. Pool was also great. Nice and deep and bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was fine for me but the rooms are pretty basic. If you want luxury, go somewhere else, but if you want great views and a chilled vibe then this is for you.

Lovely setting and location. Friendly staff The bathroom was very dirty. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

The location, breakfast next to the river. The pool was nice and the location good. The boat trips from the hotel were very good. The room was very basic in need of a refurb. I was told I would be charged in euros for the hotel but they charged in liras which incurred fees on my credit card.

Beautiful location by the river, and it was wonderful watching the turtles as we ate our delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff, lovely gardens and pool and the bbq boat trip to iztuzu beach was really good.

Lovely location on the Dalyan Riverside for a relaxing break. Great amenities , good size pool and sun bed area. Decking area over the river to have breakfast /drinks/snacks / meals . Great to watch the Nile turtles /fish and birds that live in and around the river . Friendly staff , rooms cleaned daily .Lovely walk along the riverside into town. Could have had a kettle in the room.

The location of this hotel was outstanding. Right on the river had two swimming pools and a lovely garden setting the hotel had a restaurant right on the river and breakfast was better than most in the region in hotels of this class.

Great location Nice Staff Good Pool Some rooms were very basic with old and tired furniture and fittings. Breakfast. But appears standard for Turkey.

Really good breakfast, didn't expect such variety You can see a lot of fish, water snakes and turtles at the breakfast - amazing! Rooms are a bit outdated of course with close to none sound proof, but since hotel is slightly situated from the dalyan center, its not a problem

The riverside terrace where we had breakfast and dinner with Nile river turtles in such a glorious location was a highlight. Stunning view to the cliffs and river. Our room was cool and we enjoyed the Sirius pool all to ourselves. Lovely grounds and very good breakfast. I enjoyed watching the cook light the fire and hand bake the bread in a brick oven. Great staff super helpful. Saw 3 hedgehogs, 7 turtles, Purple Heron, Pygmy Cormorant and I was only here 2 nights! Someone had tried to sweeten the drains with crystallised cleaner which was a heady mix and not an improvement.

Good facilities. Breakfast was okay. Good location- easy walk into town. You can see the turtles as you eat breakfast! Rooms were tiny. A few floor tiles were broken and not enough plug sockets- we had one dangling off the wall. They are in the process of slowly refurbishing and it was clear we were in one of the older rooms. They have a restauarant at the hotel but better off going elsewhere in Dalyan as pretty basic.
