The hotel was lovely. Nice, quiet and the hosts were amazing. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The food was amazing. A simple breakfast but always a varied and tasty dinner every day.

The owners are very welcoming and serve a delicious breakfast in the garden. The rooms are actually little apartments and have a nice balcony. The rooms miss a few details but it's a real good value for the money. The bed is firmer than we like.

The place is very clean and beautiful, with an amazing view. The welcome was so warm and friendly, they always have positive energy that makes you feel at home. Breakfast was also lovely! The location is great, very central and close to everything. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at this family-owned hotel apartment in Dalyan. The owners are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The pool is excellent, perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal for us – just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, yet surrounded by nature and away from the busier main avenues. There are also some lovely local cafés and restaurants nearby, like Joy No.8, which serves delicious food made with local ingredients and excellent coffee. As for improvements, the apartments we stayed in could use a bit of updating, but it’s clear that this is already a work in progress. It didn’t affect our stay at all, and we can see the potential for them to become even better.

The room looked different from what was shown while also being a room that smelled like it was a smoking room. In general the room and bathroom were very dirty. The smell of the room made me leave after one night because I couldn't sleep in that environment.

We loved the big and spacious pool, The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the countryside and courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, sitting room, full scale kitchen , t.v. and air-conditioning. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.. Fahti , the owner, and his wife were so helpful and gracious. We had to leave early the next day for our flight. Fahti knew we would not be there for breakfast so he made us sandwiches for the road. We give it an excellent rating.

We spend a good time in this lovely place! Beautiful view, big enough room, comfortable bed and pillows, calm vibes. 20 min walking to the rock tombs. Breakfast was various, good-sized and delicious. Big thanks to the host for his hospitality and Turkish coffee. Salut to fun dog Candy;)

Spacious studio with balcony overlooking the hotel‘s lush garden and inviting pool area. The fridge in the kitchen was useful for me. The family pool is great, Turkish families (including traditionally clad elderly women) enjoy the pool water. The included breakfast was okay to good (if you don’t miss brewed coffee and drink tea), including abundant tasty water melon . First of all: the hotel is quite ‘outside’, more than 1 km North of Dalyan town center. If you do not bring your own vehicle it could be in the heat rather challenging to walk in the more or less shadowless zone North of town and harbour. As far as kitchen equipment is concerned: not even one spoon or one glass or plate. If you want to use the kitchen (except for the refrigerator I did not do) bring your own stuff (or maybe ask the helpful hotel manager to bring it)
