Price is bit higher then it could be , one group staying burnt firecracker at 1:00 am at night which led to chaos and disturbance at late night, this shouldn't be allowed in hotel premises they should have stopped them from doing so .

Ambience, food served all good, live music Only 1 swimming pool functional. We didnot use as too many crowd inside. Other than this everything else was fantastic

2. Even there was no bodywash available, failed to understand what do they check before handing over the room at chekin time. 3. In billing also other rooms bills were included in our room. While asking they have checked and later corrected.

Service staff was very good. Room needed pest control as small cockroaches were moving around kettle tray. There was drainage stink in bathroom. There was no choice in beer selection and was very expensive compared to Maharashtra.

Five star to Rupali for her excellent work, always ready to help and just because of that our stay became more comfortable.

Villa and the facilities. Pool, children play area. The music during dinner was extremely loud. We couldn't have a simple conversation during dinner with music in the background. When we informed the staff, they didn't do anything about it either.
