Every things was so expensive the restaurant was bad the food wasn’t good and the prices so high and there is no market and the food from outside not allowed

Clean and confortable. Quiet during the night Food not so good and coin perdu should not be given to a family with kids cz the water in the private pool was freezing even during the day (not sunny at all) so kids couldn't benefit from it

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Girls on the reception are Helpful, and always available. . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling again.

We have stayed at janna sur mer many times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff is amazing. Receptionist is very helpful, the rooms have been comfortable. In July we have stayed but wasn’t great as it is now. Keep going guys. Highly recommend.

Janna sur mer is the best resort in lebanon The bungalows are very clean and has sea view and pool view The staff are very friendly and professional The whole experience was exceptional

2 the private pool was nice 3 the breakfast was good but the same daily The room( bungalow )was dirty, dust ,hair ,big black ants, the cleaning staff not professional at all , after seeing how they cleaned one bungalow near to us , we were shocked !!!they cleaned the floor mop in the private pool directly ??. The price is extremely high for the drinks . The towels are so old and not white anymore((. The price for the room changed when we arrived for 100 $ more , we couldn’t find out the reason.. and the parking is paid for the hotel guests !!! And for any extra order we had to pay directly other wise they will keep calling and reminding that there is a bill pending!!(((, where ever we went before, we used to pay during the checkout time. For the amount we paid for 3 nights we are so disappointed and sure will never come again.

First of all, great staff they welcomed us with the best smile they are friendly and very professional I felt like home the room was very clean, the breakfast is rich the view was adorable, my kids loved a lot the staff and the location this is my first time at janna and not my last I will always be there, they have great hospitality and perfect management Nothing

We Went On The Reception On Check in They Welcomed Us With The Welcome Drink A Guy Guided Us To The Room After That The View From Our Room Was Perfect Staff Very Friendly Management Very Professional And Care About Everything And Our Comfort During Our Stay Food Very Delicious We Will Recommend For Sure Not Sandy Beach

Pool wasn't that private, which was so disappointing. The 2 front disk reception ladies wasn't up to the level and made me very upset at the beginning
