In general, the facilities, especially the room (comfortable, large and well organized). Good food at the restaurant, especially at night. The location of the hotel, too close to the ski facilities (chair lift) and not facing a great view. The service at the restaurant, at night was way too slow.

Very nice hotel close to the access lift and the return ski run. Nice spa facility and good underground parking.

It's a small, simple hotel with a very warm welcome. The room is comfortable. Large delicious choices at the restaurant . Nice breakfast. OMG one of the worst nights of our lives! loud music until at least 3:15 last time we looked at the watch despairing of getting any sleep!! We didn’t know if : it was it a disco? a private party? a music-loving or insomniac neighbor??? But never again.

The evening meal was fabulous. The hotel has a wonderful comfortable atmosphere and Sabrina and the whole team were very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

We spent Christmas here and we liked everything about our stay. We booked half board and there was a wonderful 3 course dinner everyday (with one extra course for Christmas). The proximity to ski lifts, ski and snowshoe rental equipment, and many snowshoeing trails were added advantages. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

great location, spacious room with a large balcony and great views, very comfortable beds, good choice at breakfast, it is located right by the chairlift (that runs also in summer). Looking at the map I was afraid that there would be noise from the street but it wasn't the case, there is hardly any transit there - even in a beautiful summer weekend. It is difficult to find staff these days, specially during dinner it was somewhat noticeable that waitresses were under stress. Our main courses were forgotten and we had to wait quite a bit as a result.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Frau Sabrina was a great hostess who had organized everything with attention to the smallest detail. Her overall management was perfect and she made us feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated. For breakfast the hotel offered a very wide variety of fresh and fine ingredients, and each guest had the free option to request that eggs were made to his/her taste. Our package included half-board, which proved to be a wise choice. The chef was outstanding and cannot be complimented enough. Every meal was delicious and impeccably prepared, structured in four or five courses that left us pleased every evening: gourmet dinners with excellent service by the very polite staff. The room was spacious, the bed/mattress was comfortable as were the pillows, the shower room offered various options, and there was a comfortable little lounge area next to the balcony window (with an additional TV, although we rarely used either of the two sets in our room). The view from the balcony (fourth floor) was great overlooking into the woods, and the sound from the nearby brook was naturally relaxing. There was an underground garage and parking was never an issue. Overall, a terrific resort and an excellent value for money. Thank you for the hospitality and bravo!
