Relaxing environment with the sounds of waves. The pool is the perfect t temperature. The gardens are gorgeous. It met my expectations of what I was seeking. It’s not luxurious, but just right.

Staff. Very attentive staff, Edward was particularly helpful at the restaurant. In practical terms, there is no dedicated area in the restaurants for non-smokers. The restaurants were mainly for smokers. Considering the beautiful natural setting of the hotel, it is a shame that smoking is permitted with no due consideration for non-smokers. Moreso, smoking is no longer permitted in public places in many countries for health reasons.

The room was quite hot. The AC is situated in such a space that it is all the way on the other side of the room and the fan did not rotate so it felt quite hot. The restaurant was in a beautiful location but the food and drinks were a bit underwhelming, it also felt difficult to get the attention of staff, they spent a lot of time playing on their phones.

Nothing.

Breakfast wasn't great. No good coffee, breakfast options limited.. Pool closes at 18h which is very early in this heat. at least till 21h would be nice.

Very nicely situated. The pool area is nicely maintained coll and clean. I recently stayed at your establishment and would like to provide feedback regarding my experience. I initially booked into a suite; however, the shower was extremely small and impractical, particularly considering the size of the bathroom. Additionally, the use of a shower curtain is concerning from a hygiene perspective and did not meet expected standards for a suite. We then moved to a standard room where the shower facilities were significantly better. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the suite was also not functioning effectively, which contributed to our decision to move rooms. Furthermore, the breakfast offering was very disappointing. The hot food selection appeared to cater predominantly to local tastes and was largely untouched by foreign guests. The menu lacked variety, with the same food served daily, and much of it appeared stale. On one occasion, there was not even jam available to accompany toast, which is a very basic breakfast expectation.

The restaurant is at beachfront and the sound of waves splashing as you dine is amazing
-
It has a beech front To well maintained

My daughter loved this place. The location and the decor are what she raved about most The security was strict, she found this to be both a plus and a minus

It could only be in Africa. The garden is beautiful. The restaurant is rustic and cozy. The food is delicious. All of the employees are very friendly, smile allot and are helpful. This place is for you if you want a small, cozy, cultural experience rather than a large tourist hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The rooms seem run down and not properly cleaned. Not so child friendly with a very small, run down playground.

The staff Food variety

Very kind and sweet people, also I loved the nature set up and place being clean Washing room utilities were not cleaned well I.e., washer head was rusty, toilet flash was not working properly and water was leaking whole time (noisy and west of water).

Great location on the beach. About an hour from the airport in light traffic (by Dar standards) but prepare for a long commute if during rush hour. A lovely Italian restaurant. Staff are very nice and pleasant and can arrange airport transfers and some day trips. Rooms are comfortable. Good views, peace and quiet.

The location of the restaurant was incredible with the waves from the Indian ocean lashing against the glass walls while we sip our beer, enjoy our food! Access to a good beach which felt safe would have been nice!

The bar/restaurant was excellent. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Each breakfast I was stunned by the view of the bay. Keep in mind the tides. If you're going in early September and will have to leave the premises starting from 8am to 6pm then probably you won't get a chance to walk by the beach. High tide in the morning and high tide in the evening meaning the water level is right up to the edge of the hotel. This is something to keep in mind but absolutely no fault of the hotel!
