Everything was ok The only suggestion we would make is regarding the beach. It would be even better if the hotel provided complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas for guests, as this would make the beach experience much more comfortable and convenient. Despite this small point, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

All was perfect. The room size, the service, the breakfast and the price.

Overall very good experinece, super nice staff, good loaction, great food especially cakes and fruits section as well the cretan beer. Staff super kind, helpful and nice. Pools clean and rooms new and very clean. I wish there was any sea activity or sun beds and dedicated place at the seaside.

- The facilities are really great. - We received what we requested: a large 2 bedroom apartment. The surprise was that the 3rd room (living room) was really large. - Food was really great and diverse - Greek, but a little bit adapted to international tourists, which was great for us being there with 2 small kids. - The have 2 large swimming pools, the main one with a connected kids swimming pool which allowed us all to enjoy time in there without worrying about the kids. - We stayed there almost one week whilst there were organized the traditional Greek parties and other entertaining activities. - Beach was not that far compared to other places we stayed in Corfu. Water entry starts with a few rocks, but after there is good sand. One of the VRV (air conditioning system) had some issue and regularly (~each minute) generated like a resonance noise. We notified the hotel, but they couldn't do much. My assumption is that the issue was at the centralized outside unit (because the noise was coming from outside). The workaround was to leave the AC on whilst we were at the restaurant so that it was cold enough when we came back to sleep. More general issues, not specific to this hotel: - In the area there are a lot of ants of all sizes and some of the smaller ones manage to enter the room. To their defense, they were cleaning really well the room each time, so it was not a problem in the end for us. - Again related to insects, there are mosquitos there. In one of the nights I left the window opened and they bit my kid really bad. After this lesson learnt we kept the windows closed during the night and there was no problem.

One of the life guards harrassed one of the guests, causing a bad time for us. He claimed she threw garbage on the pool area, which was not true. When I confronted him that other guests also had litter with them, he said it must been the wind but was being condescending with us.

You have to pay 5€ for the pool-towel. Should be included in price of stay.

Very good hotel. Location far from old town, but we used rentals car and it is not bother us. Breakfast is unbelievable with various dishes if you buy all inclusive save a lot of money due prices in restaurant really high. We used only Breakfast Very small parking. We are at the very end of the season and can park the car outside the property on the main road. I can' t imagine that is happening on July and August.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very nice The location is good, a very short walk to the beach.

Breakfast was good, there's every type of breakfast. The pool is large and deep. Every staff member and cleaner is in uniform and greeting everybody. Reception is very helpful with information about Corfu and tours. Very quiet room (separate building), very clean. Great view on the mountains. Breakfast; though a lot is available, no daily variation, every day the same. little variation in cheeses. Pool area only open between 10:00, to 18:00 (September) No easy access to the beach from the hotel.

The facilities are clean and comfortable.

Far away from the city

The hotel is very nice looking - seems very new and the rooms are extremely clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff has always been polite, accommodating and with a smile. The housekeeping is very thorough and we really appreciated always having water bottles left for us. All the facilities are in great condition and it was very nice to have the pool which is clean and easy to access from the main section of the hotel. There were always sunbeds available for us. The lifeguard was also very polite and was very dedicated to his job, shared tips and recommendations. We took the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it, as there was a great variety of drinks, the food was amazing with a lot of options for both dinner and breakfast. The snack bar was well stocked and had a different main dish each day. In the evenings there is a very nice rooftop area where you have an amazing view. We took a bus to Corfu town, it was very easy to do so as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. In addition you could buy the bus tickets from the hotel shop (cheaper than on the bus). Even the taxi driver they booked for us for the ride from and to airport was excellent, very welcoming and driving safely. Overall this is an excellent value for the price. The beach was not far, a 10 min walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The hotel guests are a mixture of families and couples. If we are to visit again we will definitely be staying here. We just have one recommendation, which is to have the entrainment program printed out and given when checking in - with description and time & date. We discovered very late that there is a whole stage and music area for example. While the animators spoke English and French and often went the extra mile to ask everyone if they want to participate, we were very late to figure out that there is some entrainment happening if we missed when they were doing rounds. A map of facilities would also be handy to receive when checking in just so you have a grasp of what all is there.

The beds where really comfortable and the rooms and everything super clean. The staff was very nice especially to the kid It's in a pretty boring neighborhood, not much to do. The food was fine but would have liked alot more freah fruits in the breakfast. Also vegan options where limited but I brought own cheese, some foods are marked with milk, eggs and so on but some not but staff could always check if I asked. The main reason we choose this place was due to the kids club, which unfortunately was not very active while we were there and mainly in french speaking

Staff were nice. Food was good. One bar, hill and steps. Entertainment was not good and mostly in French.

Overall, it is a great place to stay. The location is on a really good spot, easy to find and to have a great view to the sea. We had a room with sea (and pool) view and it was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious enough, very clean, new comfort beds, large TV, quiet AC,.. In the toilet we had everything needed,.. The breakfast included variety of food for everyone's taste and the quality of the food was satisfying. Because we were guests during the Easter, the hotel organized Easter lunch which was very generously prepared - plenty of food, various dishes, including roast lamb,.. fantastic The beach: it is very close, but it's occupied with sunbeds and it is for the guests from the resort located on the beach. I'm not 100% sure of the last thing, but while we were walking along the sea, we were asked to leave "the property" by some local security guard. The hotel balcony: above the left wing of the hotel, there is a balcony on which (during the Easter) there was entertainment show for some french tourists by one (really) annoying guy. We had to keep the door closed, and we were unable to sleep until the show has ended.

The food was amazing ...Every meal was a hit, also quite varied, the staff were quite helpful and professional expecially the receptionist Kiki and the manager that made us mocktails, any issues we had got resolved quickly. Hotel was also quite clean and modern. Also great animation and activities for kids . Nothing

Fabulous hotel. Staff were really friendly, great selection of food and hotel was in a great location (bus stop right outside the gate linking to local towns). Nothing, would highly recommend.
