Basically location as it was near the key spots of the city. Slow to heat shower and the low water pressure. Beds are less sturdy, very low height from the ground which make it difficult to stand especially for older persons. CR door is old, and are noisy to close. Elevators are defective and so you have to use stair going to 3rd floor.

Location is good! There are convenient stores and cafes nearby! And it’s with decent price! The bed sheet was not changed, we found stain on it. There is no hot shower and the water pressure is small. Hope it can be improved.

The one thing we liked about our room was the enormous wardrobe space. We each had a section to hang clothes, and another section with shelves. However, the wardrobes were let down by having only four hangers in total, meaning we had to go shopping to buy our own. I must give a special mention to the team of chambermaids who did an excellent job of cleaning our room. Throughout our 23 night stay the lift was inoperable. As we were on the third floor, this put a tremendous strain on me as I have recently undergone hip replacement surgery, and a lower ground floor room was requested during booking. The hotel appeared to have a doorman, but he never smiled, and only ever got out of his chair to open the door if he was in the mood to do so. The reception staff were very pleasant and always welcomed us whether we were coming or going. We had requested a double bed, but were told that only single beds were available, and so our two single beds were tied together by the chambermaids. This did not work very well because the mattresses were too small for the beds, and a gap always appeared in the middle.

It was quiet and you can really have a good night sleep Elevator is again, not functional. I might always be on a bad timing, stayed twice and both times, the elevator was broken. Sent a message prior to booking but they are not responsive as well.

The staff helped me up since the elevator was broken. No one offered help on the day I checked out given that the elevator was broken and I was given a room on the 4th floor having 3 heavy bags
