Location is near restaurants and landmarks. It’s 5-15 mins walk to places like Roxas Night Market, People’s Park, and National Museum. Water pressure and air-conditioning are strong. They also have a heater. Wifi is strong. There was a weird smell on the sewers but it was gone when water flowed through it. No breakfast included.

The location is amazing, near in most tourist spot places, the staffs are good and qlways smilling, the place is good too The room don't have refrigerator but when i requested electric kettle, they send it in our room right away with a smile

Crew/staffs were very accommodating, the room was very refreshing, the price is cheap for its very nice service.

GMall Bajada is a 10 minutes walk,, Cable tv is not connected..
