Small roaches in the room, we informed the front desk.

while the floor was clean, there were small cockroaches all around, when you turn on faucet, etc. you can also hear the street noise from your room. so if you’re a light sleeper this is not for you.

Location is very close to restaurants. A convenience store is nearby Initially, we had issues with cockroaches. Then they sprayed the rooms with insecticides and the roaches were gone for the rest of our 3-day stay.

No hairdryer in our room

The property was just so perfect. Near and convenient. It has parking space, restaurant, cafe, and salon. Its not also expensive. The hotel is clean and the staffs are very much welcoming. Though they dont offer breakfast but the rate was good enough. I highly recommend this property. I love Davao City. Next time when we will visit Davao City, I will book this hotel again. None

I attended a convention at a nearby hotel that was sold out. The people at the Hampton Suites were incredible. Rooms are small and basic, but definitely suitable.

place was very clean limited vehicle parking space. we have to leave our vehicle and walk/commute in order not to loose space for parked vehicle.

It's my second stay here and as usual it's excellent. Staffs are proactive and prompt, the free water outside the rooms is a brilliant idea to reduce plastic bottles. It's clean too. I'll be coming back here often. The WiFi could be faster for video chats but still manageable if you're just browsing. Still usable overall. Parking could be challenging as the parking lot is a little small.

Location is exceptional The toilet in the room where we stayed still smelled like urine when we came. But the room is acceptable

It is facing a busy and noisy street. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom is not well maintained. We asked if they could transfer us to a room that is not facing the noisy street but they said that no room was available.

Gave the wrong room type. Much smaller room and still charged the same rate. Booked a triple room and only provided a deluxe room and just gave an extra bed. No compensation was provided.

Room was comfy and spacious When i booked it has an option to pay via credit card but when i checked in they tokd me that they only accept cash payments.

Staff are v polite and helpful Location is central No kettle in the room Water needs to be collected from a water dispenser outside in the corridor

They also have a playroom and spa on the second floor which I tried and my experience was also good. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Davao. Thank you!! None.
