Location. Cleanliness. The breakfast was the same. For 3 day stay.

Pillows are hard. Please change it! It’s not comfortable at all! During the day. You can hear the staff talking/chitchatting very loud. You can’t rest during the day

Staff at reception and cleaning excellent, helpful and correct. The cleanliness and staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient because it was near several establishments. Parking space was also provided, and the free breakfast was good. The shower water pressure was slow, which made bathing a bit inconvenient. There were also ants in the room, so cleanliness and pest control could be improved.

The facility location was great. The amenities were bad. No decent freebies. Saw cockroach in the room. The rate is not par with the facility.

The key card didnt work one time when i came back to the hotel and i was in the 4th floor so i had to come back down to complain coz i couldnt go inside the room, i went down and the staff said its already okay, i went back up to 4th floor and still didnt work. I was already really tired that day. I went back down again to complain because i couldnt enter. I didnt want to go back to 4th floor again unless they fixed it because i was already really tired. They fixed it after.
