Hair all over the floor and bed. No elevator.

I like the location. It is at the heart of the city. And very near to People's Park, Night Market, Bus Terminal and parks! The TV is malfunctioning and so we notified the customer's desk about it and the issue was not resolved.

Good location. Near the market where you can buy fruits. Very affordable. In-house restaurant as it was under maintenance. The water pressure is not strong during the afternoon. How water or kettle is not free.

No breakfast in the hotel. NO AMENITIES LIKE SACHETS only half roll toilet paper and shampoo. Also bathroom are not well maintained and no safety features for senior citizens like us. No plastic mats non slip. More of the amenities. Small sachets of basic needs. Also comfortable blankets and pillows. Only plain sheets.

I highly recommend The Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. It is located in downtown Davao City, near food restaurants and city tour spots. The place is very safe, with security guards and very accommodating reception staff. I will definitely come back and book here again when I visit Davao. The room is great for solo travelers and is also very affordable. Maybe I would suggest that they open their restaurant, as it is currently closed, so travelers won’t have to eat outside and will have the option to dine inside the hotel.

Room with single beds - not the same as photo advertised. The room is supposed to be good for 2 beds only. Blankets are thin. Very old hotel. Restaurant not operational

The location , its really in the heart of the city.near to everything. There is no lift you have to go through stairs, and they dont provide basic shampoo and soap

The bed waa soft..and there is hot water in shower Doesn't have free a piece of water bottle..it's not included for toiletries about toothpaste and toothbrush..the rest is ok
