It’s an old type building When you leave the hotel you need to left the key at the reception There is a duplicate key from the staff so belongings are not safe and they open without permission Yesterday, I was changing clothes when a staff open the room with their duplicate key without knocking first so I was shock good thing I was not in bold ? oh my god this was so bad

The location was good with access to Roxas street and our appointment downtown The WIFI wasn't working in the rooms, no TV, no ice available. Breakfast was mediocre at best, no condiments or ala carte items available. Night clerk promised ice but it never arrived.

Breakfast was horrible but the hotel itself is great. The breakfast was tiny, tasteless, and did not add value to the hotel experience.

Fairly well located, with night market practically outside the front door. Reception staff very friendly and courteous. Hotel is worn down. A/C in room was incredibly noisy. Bathroom too small, toilet leaking water on to the floor, and worst of all, I had to clean urine stains off the toilet seat upon my arrival.
