It's very convenient to everything you need in the City. The lady guard don't know how to greet visitors and keep on just sitting

As you enter very neat and tidy and appealing Bathroom was flooded. Dangerous for us. Not worth the money we spent. Breakfast was okay but not flexible in their menu

It's very convenient..closer to Basic store for personal necessities like 7 eleven and restaurants..plus just walking distance to roxas market

1. Ideal budget room, tama-tama ra ang kadako sa space. 2. Nice kaayo ang tulog wala kaayo saba or hinay lang ang saba sa gawas. 3. Taas ang signal sa mobile. 4. Naa sad food sa baba dali ra ma access, pwde ra tawagan gamit ang telephone nila. 5. Ok ang channels sa t.v mka access ug HBO, dili man HD pero ok ra kai dili man kaayo hanap like other budget hotel. 6. Hot and Cold water sa shower. 1. Naay gagmay na mga insects, dili man daghan pero need gihapon ug pest control bisag gamay lang sila. 2. I dunno sa ubang room,pero katong room namo sa pinaka gilid na mkita na ang gawas/highway gamay ang kurtina g butang dili sya ma lukop tanan ang bintana so naai uban spot na dili matabunan sa kurtina. 3. Ang balde sa amo c.r kay gamay.
