The noise of the road during the night, we have a room in front of the road

Rooms are spacious, clean and location is good. No network signal and no wifi in our room.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The shower was excellent with a no-slide floor that should be a requirement for all showers everywhere. The young men and women who worked on the staff were very nice and helpful. The best advantage of the location was its proximity to the temporary site of the Davao City Museum, where we learned a lot about the unique history of the city. The rest of the bathroom was very small with one of those silly pedestal sinks on which you can't put much of anything. A towel bar would be a nice addition so that towels can dry from one day to the next. The "automatically generated" messages that we received prior to checking in bordered on incomprehensible, making the hotel sound like a tinderbox that would go up in flames if anyone used an electrical outlet. It was bizarre. Happily, the reality was not that bad and we were able to boil water for coffee, recharge phones, laptops, etc. The area around the hotel wasn't particularly pleasant and the sidewalks were in terrible condition.

The bed , bathroom & ample storage There was termite shavings in the bathroom & daybed every single day piling up . That was so gross! They charge us for early check -in but wanted us to pay it with no invoice . Only the waters were billed . I had to request it to billed .

I liked the security, breakfast was nice. Location was not the best, nothing to important close by. I wish there was a wider variety of dinner food maybe more sides geared towards foreigners. I thought the windows were a bit thin as I could hear everything going on outside.

No official receipt yet during my stay, if I only knew, I wouldn’t book since I need receipt for me to reimburse it upon returning to office.

Can get noisy from cars passing by. There're ants coming out from the tv socket.

Not building but containers trasform in "hotel" breakfast 99,9% Filipino, menu for lunch and dinner 99,9% Filipino, not room clean two days, but clean ONLY after request. No one small bottle of water offered !!! In hotel description was written balcony, NO balcony, was written bath brobe, NO bath robe, was vwriten sofa, NO sofa, stay away from this hotel in the middle of nowhere.

The breakfast and location were good enough. there is no reading lamp by the bedside, only ceiling light. they should install reading lamps to allow guests to read in bed.
