Clean room, great staff, great location

Overall, this is a nice hotel. It is brand new, just opened up a few months ago so the rooms are very modern and clean. Breakfast is okay, they could switch it up. It's the same breakfast every day by the 3rd day you're tired of it. Staff is friendly and hotel is located in a quiet area. My only negative is the WIFI. To say it is slow is an understatement. For this being a new hotel, internet should have higher speeds.

Brand new hotel, clean and conveniently located. Only complaint would be there is not enough guest parking. Front desk staff does their best to accommodate and assist guests.

New build and friendly front desk staff (Juan was great on check in and with trying to resolve the below A/C issue). Room was nice and clean. A/C is on a motion sensor (newer Hilton issue) that shuts off if there is no motion detected (such as in South Florida at night when it is still 90+ degrees outside). Had standard Hilton Gold late checkout of 1pm, but was harassed by housekeeping every 30 minutes starting at 1045 to see if I had left yet.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, typical of a complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The property was excellent , the staff was amazing . The beds came with feathers pillows so for those that don't like that it may be best to bring your own pillows . The beds could be slightly more comfortable but they were adequate. The breakfast was what you expected and had enough for everyone although could use some diversity as it was the same thing every day. We really were appreciative of the staff who really made us feel welcome.

This day was top notch. The employees were exceptionally friendly. The best customer service I’ve ever received a hotel. I definitely will be making reservations there again.

I loved that The room had a kitchenette microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get hot water for tea on the second day and into the end of my stay. Inside the hotel was very clean, however the exterior wasn’t anything to get excited about. The entrance seems like work is being done and there’s a lot of water settled at the entrance. The. Biggest buzz killer for me is that you can’t walk to anywhere the hotel is in an isolated location, i was there on a business trip didn’t get a rental and had grab what needed before going back in or order in.

It was almost new I think so everything was so clean and good looking
