Had to wait over an hour to get the log in details to the lock box. Check in was 3pm and didn’t get the message with details until well after 4pm. Had no contact with any staff.

If you can deal with how hygienically unsafe the room was. The location was good, 10 minute walk to main street. My partner booked this apartment for a surprise valentines date night away from our 4 kids. We drove 1.5 hours to get there. Check in wasn't until 3 which delayed our day as it was. As soon as we unlocked the door and stepped foot into the room the smell almost made us both sick. Instant moist, mould smell. When we walked in we noticed black mould growing out of the walls and roof. The bathroom it was COVERED in dead ants. And the smell of insect killer was sickly. The main room had live ants getting around. We know the seriousness of black mould, so we called the property manager who didn't seem remorseful at all. We were told they had no other rooms to stay in, so we either stay or leave and we're given half an hour to decide. We left, for health and safety reasons and had to drive all the way back home while missing out very expensive dinner reservations. This apartment should NOT be allowed to be rented out, let alone at close to 300 a night. Very disappointed.

It is a cosy and secluded studio that shares a courtyard with only one other studio. It is on the main road to Hepburn Springs and only minutes from Daylesford shops. The studio was at the back so minimal road noise if any.

Good location and clean The fridge makes a high pitch buzz which kept me awake and the shower head doesn’t stay fixed, it defaults back down so you have to keep repositioning it

The location was great and the studio room size was ok The bathroom was tiny. Washing your face in the sink made the water go on the floor cause the sink is too small The outside table was dusty

Quirky old curio of a place - not where we booked but a hotel we were sent to at 11 th hour. Not the accommodation we booked or expected. We had to seek out any access and any support from kitchen staff. There were precarious stairs and no staff help with luggage.

The room was dusty, and the amenities were dated. For the amount you're paying, I expected a lot better accommodation. I wouldn't stay here again. Location was good.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. It looked like a garage turned into a room. There are no windows in the bathroom or windows in the main area to open other than the door. There was only one rail to hang towels. These didn't dry overnight because there was no air flow. The room was dark and fitted in black, which made it darker. There was minimal cutlery in the kitchen drawer, just kind of thrown around each section. The power point in the kitchen was loose on the wall (H&S issue). The vanity in the bathroom is water damaged (invites mould). The room is on a very busy main road, which was incredibly noisy. I was advised that the internet was bad there, but I still received txt messages as communication, which was intermittent (see below). Getting keys from the lock box and returning them was easy. I received the code at the allocated check-in time. I'm not sure why I had to text 'arrived' on arrival and 'bye' on departure (second email request to send bye wasn't received by me until well in the road out of there. I received a room upgrade, but if this was the upgrade, I wonder what the room was like that I originally booked. I am pretty laid back and usually happy with a standard clean room. This room may be in other peoples tastes, but unfortunately, not mine this time. Im sorry, but i am disappointed in what I booked.
