It was okay

Christy was so friendly and very fast checking in. Even being short staffed at front desk, she was great and polite. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, very spacious room. Our room was 1 away from the elevator and was very quiet.

This hotel is pretty good! Beds are comfortable, no signs of bed bugs (we are SUPER OCD about looking for those gross ass things). Location is pretty sketchy.......local trap house hotel across the street and all of the amenities that come with it are present in the neighborhood. It was fine during the day but I wouldn't go for evening strolls. The hibachi joint just down the road is absolutely worth visiting. We were in town for the airshow, next time we'll get a hotel closer but this property is worth utilizing.

There were several issues about this property that made us regret this booking. First, the bathroom door in our room did not close at all. Second, there was no door separating the sink/closet from the bed - meaning despite being a room that could sleep 4, when one member of the group was awake / drying hair / using sink, etc., there was no way to buffer the light or the noise from the rest of the party, meaning everyone was bothered. One receptacle pulled out of the wall. The "sleeper couch" was much smaller than advertised and very uncomfortable. There was no pool despite a pool being advertised. The "snack bar" was very limited selection. The balcony door would not open, and even if it had, there were no chairs or stools on the balcony - which, incidentally, overlooked a parking lot so I wouldn't have even booked this room had I realized that. The shower had to run 5-10 minutes before any hot water reached the faucet. This was one of the least comfortable stays I've ever had while traveling.

For what we paid for a night, we felt like there could have been complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lounge - a complimentary breakfast for the price of the room would have been a much better experience with children.

The staff were super helpful from checking to checkout. My room was clean and the cleaning staff followed my instructions about when and when not to clean the room.

Front desk staff was not overly friendly, bathroom didn’t seem very clean especially shower and around toilet. We were too tired to complain and just wanted some sleep. Front desk staff did not even acknowledge us walking out past the desk this morning though she was not assisting anyone.

The price of the hotel was reasonable compared to others in the area. It was in walking distance to restaurants and easy to access right off the highway. Being a Marriott, I expected a little more such as free coffee. There is coffee for purchase. The outside seating area wasn't maintained. The seat cushions were blown all over, plus it is want swept. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was nice but I keep getting calls on the hotel phone that was just breathing and music all night

The Marriott brand has gone downhill. The bathroom had mold in it and after one flush of the toilet, the water in the toilet didn’t fill back up. The knob to turn on the sink was missing and the entire room had a musty smell. They did give us another room. I was surprised by the front desk attendant. She was so nonchalant about the issues. She shrugged like this happens all the time.

Hotel rooms need to be upgraded. Pull out couch is the size of a twin bed. Food at cafe is nasty. Location is great. Close to restaurants and highway.

The stay was great room was clean staff was very helpful They was switching systems so the last few hours of my stay was kind of inconvenient because the keys wouldn't work and I had to ask staff to unlock my door

New computer system was a little challenging as we checked in but otherwise very good! This is a great property for a travel stop - plenty of good restaurants within walking distance! Highly recommend!!
