Our room was terribly humid and the carpet was tacky. Papers warped and it smelled musty. The floor tile in the bathroom was loose. The soap dispenser glued to the wall came off.

Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.

Ok, but not up to HIE standards. Just a bit run down. Breakfast staff was also really rude to some of the guests.

Breakfast was very good. Had a good selection of tasty and healthy items. Everything was presented in a nice clean fashion. Ample parking and clean rooms and facility.

Nice lobby and rooms, excellent breakfast.

Room was good and clean. Temperature control worked perfectly. Check in desk should have been managed with 2 people. Hallway and elevator was very warm, no AC. Ice machine on third floor was broken.

Everything was well maintained and working properly. Only drawback is they might want to give some simple instructions on how to use the TV. We figured it out by trial and error.

The hotel is located by a lot of places to shop and get food. Beds were comfortable but firm.

More items for breakfast than many places. Bathroom ceiling had flaking paint and floor in main room cracked in a couple of spots. Other than that everything was excellent. Parking was easy to use also with no long walk to the entrance.

Conveniently located entry to route 675 and favorite restaurants, family and friends. Entry to property has pot holes, etc.

Breakfast was meh. Went to First Watch instead. (there's bob Evens nearby)

evidently they over booked our selected room and suggested an option. Upon entering that room, a bad smell, like a wet dog was present. They were kind enough to cancel our reservation and fortunately we were able to locate another hotel nearby.

Their breakfast was great, I’ve never seen a place have hot cinnamon rolls! They were amazing. Great way to start the day. The only comment I’d say is they are pet friendly and there was a small odor of previous pet smell. Not bad but noticeable. Either way, would highly recommend. Great location, safe area and good value!

Our room smelled very bad. Wet dog smell in our room. Felt like the smell left in our belongings. Told the staff, they brought in an air freshener. Didn’t even mask the smell
