Excelente hotel con tremenda ubicación y limpieza excelente trato

We choose this hotel every time we visit Daytona. It’s our first choice every time. The staff, location, and breakfast are always top-notch.

Love my stay here!

The room was clean. The bathroom sink was clogged but they did come up and fix the issue. The door look continually stuck but we figured out how to get in. Other wise the beach and amenities were great. We say dolphins each morning at breakfast. Turtle nests each night. Being located between 2 piers it allowed for several great sightings. We were located near several restaurants for walking but not in the hub of activities which were great for us. We would stay again. Breakfast was good but the menu was lacking. The time of reservation parking was free. When we checked in it was $8. Not bad but would of been nice to of known prior to check in. Also parking is very limited so for a full motel not sure there would be enough to go around. Also the room doors are outside but not bad.

The hotel has an excellent beachfront location, and the view of the ocean from our room's balcony was amazing! The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful.

I was disappointed in the hotel in general. It's old and outdated. The door handle to my room was loose and I had trouble opening the door. Maintenance came and said it works fine. The ceiling paint in the room was peeling and hanging down over the bed. When I called the front desk the telephone made obnoxious crackling sounds. They charged an additional $45 fee for checking in 2 hours early even though the hotel was practically empty. I made a poor choice of location as I thought the hotel was more central to activities, but that was my fault. On a positive note, staff was very friendly. The beach was beautiful and the pool area nice also.

Oceanfront with balcony. Beach is few feet away and clean. Great staff and delicious fresh roasted coffee. Good local restaurants. The pool could be a little cleaner.

Our stay was wonderful and location was great!

We were there for 4 days/ 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once! We had to take out our own trash. The pool had a broken ladder. I’ve never had to take out my own trash at a hotel, even the cheaper ones I’ve stayed at.

2nd time staying at this property (visited Daytona last year) everything was great, included breakfast is really good, great options beachfront view is outstanding, guy who works front desk in the afternoon/ evening isn't very engaging, but other than that, enjoyed and would stay again

Nice older hotel with breakfast and oceanfront. Great price old but very well maintained. Recommended for a good inexpensive stay oceanfront great for money. Very satisfied

Overall, everything was great. There were a couple of things in our room that we were kind of disappointed in, the pipes under the sink was very nasty. It was noticeable when I sat on the toilet but it stood out a lot. Also, there was a shelf over the microwave that had severe water damage that stood out like a sore thumb. Other than those two small things, everything else was wonderful.
