Breakfast was a little limited.

Exceptional

Nice room and great staff but had beat up appliances, poor cable connection and pet stains. If you are going to allow people to bring their pets you really need to upgrade to hard surface floors because dog pee stains on the carpet of a nice hotels is ridiculous.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a good location the and the breakfast is very good

My first time in Florida, and I gotta say I’m really impressed by this hotel. It was super nice, and quiet. Room services were in our room switching sheets and filling new towels every 2 days. I gotta say I’m really impressed overall with how this hotel handled itself. Front desk were always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I’d stay here again.

My room was upgraded on check in and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The woman working during the breakfast buffet noticed my husband and I running around with my two young daughters and she offered us a coloring book and crayons. So thoughtful! The room was very clean and nice! And the breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely be back!

There was hair and debris everywhere so it wasn’t clean properly

Clean, convenient and walking distance to restaurants The treadmills and pelaton were not working in the fitness center.

It is an excellent place for families—very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I hope to return soon.

Pleasant

Not very accommodating. They would not clean our room. They stated that they had a lot of checkouts for the morning and they could not clean our room. So, they indicated that they would bring fresh towels and try to "tidy up" but the towels never came. Poor execution. Left a day early due to this lack of courtesy.
