One of the best away from home stays! Beautiful, well thought out amenities and spectacular location. My son is already planning to return.

The place was amazing but I had a couple issues with the room. The phone didn’t work which wasn’t a problem so we called from our cell phones to order room service. The front desk routed me to the bartender which was working alone but she was so rude and rushing us to get off the phone. Food was good but then my wife wanted a bath so she went in and the tub was installed backwards. Wild and lastly the resort needs to maintain the windows because we were in a 10th floor room and the window to the beach at the end of our feet has streaks of black across them. Love the place but definitely needs some maintenance for the pricing but rooms are spectacular views and accommodations.

My stay at Max Beach Resort was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The views and amenities were incredible. The pool, the roof views access to the beach were all exceptional. I will stay there again in the future. Try a Barry Sanders drink, you won't regret it.

Second time staying there. Great location. My kids love having the pool table to enjoy at night. Rooms are great, nice and spacious and clean!

4th year at this property , this place is outstanding!!!

It’s a bit of a walk to some of the area shops, but we were not pushing strollers or handicapped in anyway, so not a big issue for us, but maybe for some. I could see where this would be a great place for large families, but for a party of four as an hour case, a one bedroom hotel with two double beds would have sufficed since the only time we were ever in the room was to shower and sleep. It did not have a tiki/beachy feel to it at all… But they certainly had the space to make that happen.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The convenience of having a large pool (max depth is 5') and a hot tub on site was absolutely wonderful. The chez lounges facing the ocean is a very nice touch as well. The things that aren't included to be mindful of: parking is $25 a night per 1 vehicle, no room service/maintenance is provided but you do have a washer/dryer in the room. A beach umbrella and 2 chez lounges are $25/day, not included with your booking/stay. There is no USB plug in the room, only traditional ones, but plenty of those. It's a quiet place, not much going on in the area, not really any walking distance cafésbesides the one on the first floor but they do not have many options. There are lots of publix stores close by so you can get your own groceries and cook anything in the fully equipped kitchen. (Things like oil, salt&pepper are not provided). I loved the ambiance and the friendliness of staff, especially Damien upon checking in, extremely helpful and cheerful. Thank you for everything, I am hoping to make it our regular vacation spot.

The hotel was wonderful i have two inconvenient for A/C and hot water bot was fixie, the pool small and hotel no provide umbrella to the beach

The biggest issue we had with our suite was the sliding door bottom onto the patio from both the main area, and the master suite. when entering the patio, you have to "watch your step" and it could be dangerous if you forget. you have to step over the bottom of the slide when you enter the patio area. Don't buy a burger there, not only is it pricey, but it's not that good. the patty was so small I had to look for it! Unless you utilize their outdoor areas, they won't help you get chairs or an umbrella in the beach area. Lastly, if you're handicapped this may not be the place for you! they are NOT handicapped accessible in a lot of areas. They did not go out of their way for us and we stayed a week. The suite is noisy with the patio doors open due to the resort being so close to the street. The spa was not heated, and there were kids swimming and playing in it without supervision. Lots of drunk parents not supervising their kids. I rest my case!
